I decided to eat here today 2/29/2020, walked in, was seated, the waitress that seated me got my drink and told me to wait for the server, after 15 minutes I had to ask someone to take my order. The girl that seated me had a family member to walk in with the waitresses baby, she immediately took their order. For this reason, I will never go back. The food was delicious but the service was terrible.

This restaurant is great and broad, the food was delicious and the prices were very economical. fast, efficient service and very friendly staff. I highly recommend this place.

Great local restaurant. Good sushi and traditional Chinese type foods. Not super pricey :)

I have been to this restaurant many times, as a dine-in customer. Today is the first day of Sakura opening back-up since they closed because of COVID-19; drive-thru only. I went to the drive-thru to place an order, and the employee said I have to call ahead, or order online, and she turned me away, and offered me no help at all. What is the difference in me calling, or you placing my order while I’m at the window? You have a cash register that you would ring me up the same way as if I called to place an order. The signs on the building clearly state “Next time call ahead, or order online to skip the wait.” This means I should be able to order while in the drive-thru. The employee gave me a blank stare, offered no help, and closed the window on me. That was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If the management/owner is instructing employees to work in this manner, I am not sure how they have been open as long as they have been open. I will not return.
