Got the 2 pieces of quality broiled hida beef sushi (900yen). It was nice but having eaten at maruaki the night before, this was not quite memorable.

Many blogs recommend this, I tried when it open, staff are very very very nice and polite. Food are also nice and come with big portion, for ladies, it’s difficult to finish the whole set. U can try hida beef with a competitive price here, but i cannot tell the difference abt hida beef and *normal beef. If u could like to try HIDA BEEF I strongly recommend 味藏

Hida Beef Sushi Sakaguchi is located in Takayama Old Street. It has good business and needs to wait in line.Some people think that the beef is partial, but I think it is just right, the meat is completely tasteless in the mouth, but it is a bit evocative. The sushi and rice match well, and the biscuits underneath make a delicious finishing touch. Good and delicious.
