Saito's Japanese Steakhouse

We like to try new things, new places, but as far as Japanese food goes we always end up coming back here. None of the other area restaurants measure up to this place. Food is excellent, atmosphere is great, never too noisy. The staff is polite and helpful, overall a very well run operation. Our only complaint is that the hibachi chefs are not always entertaining, but if I have to chose between a good show and good food, I would choose good food any day. And that they undoubtedly have here. Highly recommend!

Probably the best hibachi in the Lantana/ Lake Worth area. Really good food, but slower waitress service for drink refills (not the food service). We went on a Sunday night and it was packed. I'm not sure if this is usual for a Sunday evening or if it was a fluke. I was surprised to see it so packed out. However, we were lucky enough to grab the last few seats at an open table and did not have to wait

Excellent service. Even on a Friday night, we were able to be seated immediately. Though there was a wait for the hibachi tables, we just sat at a normal table. Food came out quickly, was delicious, and in very generous portions.

Wonderful food and fabulous service. I've been going for years and have never had a bad experience. Usually go for lunch and get the hibachi chicken. Absolutely delicious.

I absolutely love the uni there. It is very fresh and delcious. Althougb, it is very expensive now. Over 10 dollars a piece. Love the service and it is super homey. No sushi quality around can beat Saito's in my opinion.

Service and entertainment was great! Food was delicious and cooked perfectly! We were able to be seated promptly with a party of 6. They were very accommodating with my daughter's food allergy. We ordered only from the hibachi grill. The scallops and shrimp were cooked just right. The steak was cooked exactly as ordered. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Our hibachi chef Jose was amazing! He had great showmanship and was very entertaining. The food was excellent and I cannot wait to go again.

My boyfriend and i come here once a month to have a laugh and eat some great food. I can never remember his name but we had fun young hibachi master that always gives us a great experience with a great personality! See you guys again soon!!

Always friendly always good.. Great service ! I frequent the sushi bar on occasion. But, generally take out. Try the Ostrich!

Chef Joel was entertaining and a great cook! Food was awesome, hot and fresh!!
