Mediocre food, high prices. The service is ok. Onion soup, chicken and humburger were ok.

I am so astonished this place doesn't have higher reviews. We are at the bar. Raul was an excellent bartender and waiter. The spirits choices were top notch. The little neck clams and kumomoto oysters on the half shell were sweet and succulent and not a piece of shell or sand to be found. The French Dip was one of the best I've ever had! The dish and chips were good, but the breading was a little heavy. We made an excellent choice with Saison. Will definitely return on our next layover!

What to expect of a restaurant at the airport? High prices, regular quality!Same here... services is efficient. Order a tuna salad, salad was ok, but tuna was not so much...

I celebrated my graduation this evening in this fine place. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a pleasant evening and the venue was unquestionably the reason for that strong gathering. The team contributed in a splendid style, the food was tasty and my friends were very pleased. We shall definitely visit again for more joyful events. thanks very much.

I almost skipped this because of bad reviews here, but after very stressful layover and queing everywhere at Newark (I needed over 3 hours to get back to gates after international arrival), this was a great experience. .. ordering is electronic only, but once you find out how to do that, it's very quick... Another beer lands in front of you faster than in regular bars... Sam Adams Lager was very good ... And Burger with bacon was even better... Bit pricy for foreigners, but I will return back, it made my day :)

Food was ok but the *worst* service I have ever received. Employees were rude, we needed a box and had to ask 5 times.

In general, the food options at EWR aren't that great.. however I ordered the Belgian waffles at Saison and they were okay. Most of the food at the airport is overpriced and this cost $14 to be honest. So I thought that this was an okay price especially because the waffles were filling. Definitely a good portion size. I can't really comment on customer service since it's kept at a minimum with the new order on the tablet process. Also, I wasn't in a rush since my flight wasn't for another few hours but my food came out pretty quick (like 10 minutes or less). If you do choose to eat here, I'd recommend the waffles.

Had the BEST customer service provided by Sarah at the Newark Airport!!! She went way above and beyond and truly turned a long layover into a heartwarming experience!! She is truly one of a kind and such a sweet, genuine person!!!! I haven’t experienced this kindness in a long long time! Thank you, Sarah!! ~Christie

Very expensive and my toast was moldy. Glad I saw it and didn't get french toast. Definitely not worth the price. Go to the cheap food market stands instead.

Overpriced, low quality, and lengthy wait time to basically order the food your self on a grimy tablet. I had to listen to the bartender complain that she hadn't earned over 250 dollars in a day the last week. I also had to watch the bartender work on setting up a date with a patron. Great! But that doesn't give you the right to ignore the rest of the customers. So, the reality is over priced food, slow service that doesn't care, and low quality poor selection. I will never be back.

This is a new trend restaurant where you pull up to a seat and order on a tablet. Ordered the french dip and a drink. I was not impressed by the quality or the lack of service by the attendant. The food seemed average with a very high price. Be sure to play with the tablet as it will auto charge you if you wait too long.

Located in Newark Int'l airport, this joint is fancy looking with good selections in the menu. Since I had time before my flight I decided to treat myself. Long story short my cob salad was delayed and I took it to go. When I opened the container my Cobb salad seamed to have Ceasar dress. Not a fan of that dressing or that salad but it doesn't end there. My salad had chicken so now I'm thinking it's a Ceasar with chicken and they gave me the wrong salad to go. Since I was hungry and had a three hour flight I ate it and I no longer dislike Ceasar salad w/chicken. Now back to the airport restaurant where I'll take part of the blame since I only told the host I want a Cobb salad at the bar. My bartender, John, made the second best sangria I tasted. So that's my experience, take it for what it's worth but I'll be giving this place a second try soon.

Standard microwaved and overpriced steak.

The tuna Niçoise salad was fresh and tasty, as was the croque monsieur. While it wasn’t exactly Parisian quality, it was fine by airport standards and not too overpriced. Served very fast.
