Not like the other "saint" dive bars around. The pub grub is excellent. I highly recommend their classic, the Pekin Duck Poutine. Staff members were very knowledgeable. They are a young, energetic group. And the beers! They are involved from farm to tap in the process, to the best results.

Revised from recent visit. We’ve decided to drop a star from our rating. One of the reasons that brought us back here was their super crispy chicken, a/p our photos. This time there was no sample beer while we waited, beers tasted ok and the chicken was over cooked, dry and no the same quality as our first visit. This time 4/5_________________We felt transported into another timezone and city !Although there isn't much space to wait for a table (because this place is often full), we were received with the warmest of welcomes - which isn't always the case in Montreal. They offered a sample of beer while we waited for a table (genius !) and the service was excellent. The ambiance and vibe was enough to transport us in time. We felt amazing once we left, having discovered almost a hidden gem in the city. Great selection of beers, ambiance, vibe, food and service. What more can we say - 5+/5 !Well done

I was able to try several great beers with the sampler; and also had fantastic food! I highly recommend the burger (swap the regular fries with the poutine)!

Great beer and atmosphere. The beer selection when we visited was large and the beers I tried were all very tasty and unique. Coming from the west coast I was especially impressed with the use of local ingredients for the seasonal beers; they tasted very distinct from west coast interpretations of similar styles.

Had a amazing service with Gabriel, would recommend this place if you like a cozy and fun vibe to enjoy a locally brewed beer with friends.

The staff were very friendly and knowledge about the beer. They made great suggestions and were very patient. I had the canard poutine and it was AMAZING!

It's an all you can eat brunch place. You pay around 35$ for Mimosa, beer, food. The food was really cheap and cold, it wasn't tasty. You have 2 options : vegan and non-veg. If you choose non-veg, you just have one kind of meat which is pork. A brunch place to avoid if you are looking for food quality. You have better food for the same price elsewhere.

About 800m from where I was staying, this was the perfect spot after I arrived in Montreal way later than expected (flight delays). Open late, lively atmosphere, and serving delicious burgers and an array of beers, Saint-Houblon hit all the right spots. Loved their lamb burger and hef. Salad was fantastic as a side...arugula, beets, radishes, tossed in a tangy but not overpowering vinaigrette. Check it out.

Good food and an extensive beer list. All beers are brewed by them and there are about 25 beers to choose from! The place is a bit too dark to my liking, I had to use my flashlight to read the menu.
