Frank always gives it to me so good. He has the best in town. He services me so well every time I come in.

Long, long, long line. Did not get the order correct for just 3 donuts. Donuts were stale and I do mean stale. Check your bag when you order and the freshness of your doughnut before you pull off from the window.

Arrived 10 minutes before closing. The doors were locked and all the lights were off. People were waiting in line at the drive through and the workers just dipped out early on a Friday night.

There drink orders are usually pretty good, but there food other than the donuts leave something to be desired. A toasted Grilled Cheese is suppose to be warm and actually toasted. Also when someone ask for extra shots of Espresso and actually pays for it please give it to them. Appreciate it.

went through and ordered an iced coffee, they asked me at the speaker "do you want cream and sugar?" i said yes. got my coffee and it was super grainy from the granulated sugar, i went back in to get it remade and was told it was my fault that i didnt specify that i wanted liquid sugar...

We visit several different DD locations, and this location is the best of them all. Great service, coffee, donuts and sandwiches.... always served with a smile.

Very nice workers and good coffee. Another business hanging in there. We are just lucky to have had a businessman show us how great this country could be. Maybe we can send our Socialism /Communism crazies to Cuba or North Korea.

This place has consistently been a disappointment, never have I come here and thought “wow that was a great visit” they do not have the variety of donuts that any other Dunkin’ Donuts has. And by god if a person orders a frozen drink, make it taste like the flavor the person paid for (and blend it) frozen is right in the name. Years back they had something called a coffee coolata, it was a blended drink of whatever flavor you wanted “mocha” “vanilla”..these people today act like they have no clue what you’re talking about when you order. Oh and the drive thru speaker is so low that it makes it impossible for a person to even order, headset is bad?!? Don’t continue to use it!! Oh and obviously it appears the owner cares as he or she does not respond to any of these reviews.

I have gone to this Dunkin’ two days in a row because I was so happy with how my coffee tasted the first day as well as the customer service. The employees at this Dunkin’ are so so friendly and kind! I don’t think I have given a Dunkin’ five stars yet but this one deserves it. Thanks Dunkin for keeping me going!

Service has gone down hill. Ive had a dunkin' card awhile . When all my credit is gone on card, so am I.

Used to be good but I go somewhere else now because I am tired of being told "we don't have any dunkin midnight" or they just make my order with their regular blend which tastes acidic and sour to me. Right now, Gainesville queen city Pkwy, have two workers in the early mornings that don't mind brewing the dunkin midnight. Fingers crossed. My husband just brought me my usual order and of course it's not midnight as requested. I thought it was just me but apparently no one is getting midnight. I think the dawson dunkin gets stressed when it's a little busy so they get scared of making people wait and the lines backing up so people get stuck with whatever they have on hand. The best part is that my friend's kid works there and had told me the storage room is full of dunkin midnight because hardly anyone orders it. So it's super annoying when I order and then at the window they lie to your face and say "we're out". I would rather them say "I do not wanna make it, we're busy etc." so I could go somewhere else, no hard feelings.
