The pho here is really great and they have a chicken option with chicken broth. They are very conscious of vegetarians and ask if you can have fish sauce. Staff is always very friendly and quick. Yummy food.

Great food... for the price spring rolls need more shrimp amd pho needs more meat

Waitress didn't bother to bring us water. After 5 minutes we went and got our own high chairs for the kids. Other tables got food before us even though we're got there first. Took about 20 minutes for pho and noodle entrees. Had to ask other staff for water, about our entrees and the bill. Never had so much disappointment here before.

Great food average price for Madison area. Glad I didn't have to go to the NE side makes it all the better. Surprised at how fresh everything was at 9 pm!

Steak Pho is so good here. I am sure other dishes are as well, I have only had #13 or the Chicken noodle soup.

Bad customer service. Gave me the wrong order never came around to ask if anything is okay. Never got water refills. The beef salad I ordered tasted like old beef that was going bad. When I finally got the waitresses attention to come over to our table, I informed her that they gave me the wrong dish they blamed me for their mistake. They claimed that I said a different order than what I had claim to had said. I told the them that when I was ordering I clearly showed her the menu, pointed, AND read aloud what I was ordering. They also said that I should have corrected the mistake earlier. How was I suppose to correct it earlier, when there was no one around or no one checking up on the customers? Very disappointing experience.

Their service leaves a lot to be desired. Visited last night for some pho. We were debating on getting extra meat added because we like a lot, but the server told us we didn't need to request extra because the pho comes with a lot plus they change $4.75 for extra. We took her word for it and when it came out, there was literally 3 small pieces of chicken. Definitely was not a lot. She had also dropped our check off on our table before bringing our food and we never saw her again once the soup was brought out, so we couldn't even complain about the lack of meat.
