Sage Plant Based Bistro & Brewery

Been waiting patiently for this beautiful restaurant to open and eventhough we are not yet allowed to sit down and eat, we are very grateful to still be able to pick up take out. Been eating this food for years in Echo Park, Culver City and Pasadena. I live in Thousand Oaks and my dream of having them open a location near us has finally come true. Always great service and the food is always delicious. Looking forward to when we will be able to sit down and grab a drink at the beautiful bar. The space is so warm and inviting. Looks like they put a lot of love into the space.We will definitely be eating here often.

Such high quality and tasty food with an adorable outdoor (dog friendly!) patio. I find myself craving something from Sage often, and this is coming from a meat eating non-vegan. Every dish I've tasted here is so flavorful, complex, and leaves me feeling full but not sluggish. My favorite is the buffalo cauliflower - definitely recommended. They also have a great list of beers which is always a plus.

From previous experience at a sages restaurant in , I was expecting similar or the same experience despite the situation at the moment.I ordered the sausage, pepper and Orion and my friend got the taco salad. At first bite, the pizza was good.... Until I hit the pesto.... The flavor of the pesto completely overwhelmed what could've been a good pizza!I'm not implying the food is terrible, it really isn't but there's certain ingredients that shouldnt be added...And the employee gave an impatient vibe, not very welcoming, especially if you wanted to know if you had to order prior to going in or just ordering on arrival.

Sage has the perfect hours for grub at any time of day. They open early for breakfast and stay open til late night. Their mission on harvesting everything fresh and organic from local farmers and the cycle of leftover foods being used as feed for the animals is amazing. The food is tastefully done to appeal to a bar kind of environment. Their buffalo cauliflower pizza is the bomb and their goat-less salad a go to. Also their Florentine for brunch is so good.

This restaurant was top-notch! We had dinner last night, and the waitress was adorable and full of personality. She was attentive, entertaining, and knowledgeable. She is an asset to this restaurant and deserves a lot of kudos. Not to mention, everything was delicious! We will definitely be back soon.

Let me start off by saying, "I'm not a vegan!" But I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The Buffalo Cauliflower Wings are a must try when you visit. I sampled various flavors of their ice cream and the strawberry and vacation has a really good taste. Parking at the restaurant was good. They have free valet parking that is only for the restaurant, I believe, which happened to close before the restaurant on the Friday night I visited. The attendants came and returned our keys and told us where our vehicles were located. I am always concerned about parking because I drive a fullsize truck, so parking was a plus.

Excellent service. I sat at the bar, was able to catch a sports game, and was greeted by the bartender who was very nice. The ambiance was nice, earthy vibe. Cauliflower “Wings” were amazing! Koumboucha was also great quality! Would definitely recommend this spot.

Great place to eat for dinner! A week ago, my cousin and I came here to have our dinner. We love their foods because it was delectable and mouthwatering. I can say that the chief who prepared those specialties was so brilliant when it comes to cooking. Thank you so much, guys! I should highly recommend you to everyone!

We celebrate endlessly here. Their outdoor seating and food selection is stellar. The vibe and food quality keep us coming back. Especially the buffalo cauliflower.
