Love the atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and sweet! I tried their Toronto drink today and it was a great pick me up. Definitely go check them out!

Great coffee, pastries, and atmosphere in a great location! Drive thru is always quick no matter how long the line and the staff are very friendly!

The espresso is very good, but they suffer from what many modern espresso/coffee shops suffer from which is serving espresso in a paper cup which by the time you drink it most of the flavor has been absorbed by the paper. Not their fault just the way it is now. Don't, and I repeat don't, engage any of the Baristas or whatever the heck they're called in conversation especially if you're from out of town from some weird unheard of place like Miami or L.A. or New York ... ask for your coffee, nod, mile politely and run out of there.

Nice staff, asked if I could get later art and one of the staff who wasn't that great still did it for me! I'm super happy. The interior is nice and modern.

The girls who work here are quite unprofessional and rude. Both times we have gone, our drinks have been lukewarm and also different from what we ordered. The fireplace and vibe is so lovely but that’s all that would keep us going back!

Friendly and accommodating staff, clean and modern look, fabulous coffee (or at least the salted caramel cold brew was to die for) and an all around great atmosphere. Kalispell has needed this for too long. Yay for a 5 star local coffee house!

Specialty coffee drinks you won’t find anywhere else in the area. Sophisticated coffee experience in all aspects from the coffee blends and scrumptious pastries to the overall decor and ambiance...it’s a welcome addition for the north side of Kalispell.

High end feel inside. I ordered a Mocha and it was... fine, I don't think it was mixed right as there was a lot of sediment at the bottom. The coffee market is pretty competitive in Kalispell and while this is on par with Starbucks there are better places close by.

The lack of customer service is astounding. I’ve heard some pretty bad things about sable but I decided to give it a try anyways. My wife and I walked in and the place is cute and modern. That was the only positive part of the experience. The blonde gal at the counter was rude and had a terrible attitude. The gal that handed us our drinks was rude as well. We were not greeted or spoken to at the counter either. The baristas gathered by the window and used phones and talked instead of attending to the needs of the customers. Our drinks had no flavor and the coffee tasted burnt. Sad that a local joint doesn’t care to put in the effort to meet other businesses in the valley. They will probably go under within the next year. We will NOT be back.

Best coffee shop in town! The staff go out of their way to make your experience wonderful. They are always helpful, friendly and welcoming! The Sable Espresso Over Ice is absolutely amazing!
