One of the most tidy n clean park that i have ever been to (the worker even pick up the fallen leaf)...the place is suitable for just a relax walk or just to have a seat n view the people who go around and respect the culture in that place where people dont throw any rubbish...kudos to the japanese people for keeping that place really really clean

Neat park with rose gardens and artificial river.

In the middle of Honmachi business district it's hard to find a nice place to relax. This is it. There are larger parks further out but Utsubo is the go-to for Hanami parties and a nice stroll with.a water park area, rose garden, tennis courts and sakura.

No guidebook will tell you to go here but it is outrageously well designed and beautiful. This is a model for how to put a gorgeous community park into a packed urban space.

Osaka - such an interesting City.

Nice park split into two halves one half is all tennis courts the other is like a normal park. The side with the tennis courts there is a police box if you need them they are there it is near the road splitting the two halves of the park, the other half has a little river in the middle with ponds at each end plenty of benches to rest and flowers to look at, it is also good for jogging and pet friendly but so hot on a hot day
