Saar Indian Bistro

A wonderful, authentic Indian restaurant in this part of town. Dahl, among other dishes was excellent. Service was warm and attentive. Decor is stylish and inviting as well as very clean. Food is prepared with care and good ingredients. Can’t wait to return and highly recommend this spot!

First time in this place. Good impression. At first I was a little hesitant, because it's not your typical indian food plate size. But I'll tell you something they got their spice on point!!! Great food! Great work chef! Food tastes fresh!

Authentic Indian Mughlai food, yet another delicious dinner at this place. We got makhani dal, stuffed paneer lababdar, cochin black pepper chicken, parantha and roti. Everything was cooked to perfection. Negroni was good too! Thanks #ChefHemantMathur for bringing home to NYC

Great food. Great ambiance. Excellent customer service. Must haves are the Lamb chops, the appetizer shrimp which is spicy! Ask for there fried dough dessert, not sure the name but very good.

Fantastic contemporary Indian cuisine in the heart of midtown. The textures, the flavors, everything was phenomenal. One of my favorite Indian spots in NY.

What an amazing experience this was! My buddy John invited us to try it. We were greeted by Sunee and his staff and they were FANTASTIC!! We let him decide what we should eat and that was the greatest decision we made! Food was amazing, he gave us space between meals, and after we’d finished, we were full but not uncomfortable! I’m definitely going back! Thank you Sunee and your staff for taking such Great care of us and we will see you soon!
