Excellent experience from the time we arrived for free valet parking. Walk through the doors excellent greeting.👍 She asked what's the occasion and set up a VIP seating for two.👏 It was my Birthday!! The services was record high 100% ❤The food extremely tasty and presentation excellent!!😋A must go back!!!

Absolutely stunning place. Cozy yet elegant on the inside. We felt. O rush to eat and get out so they can use our table again. We celebrate our anniversary there and they sure made us feel special with all the staffed signed card and free dessert to celebrate us. It was really a wonderful 3 hours with very delicious food and ambience.

I have to admit this was my 1st time at RCSH...& it won't be my last!! I went with my wife since I had a gift card. Yes, you'll spend a pretty dime, but it's worth it! The service & food are superb. Drew, our server, was extremely helpful in explaining all the details. Spending about 1-1/2 hours at Ruth's Chris with my spouse was a great way to say goodbye to 2019 & welcome 2020!

I am so torn with this review because three weeks ago we came and ate in the restaurant and it was really great. Food was spot-on and service was wonderful so my take with this review is don't get it to go. My husband was in Mayo Hospital and we had been here for almost two weeks when our 22nd wedding anniversary arrived. We decided we wanted to celebrate as best as we could so I ordered to go and was very specific in that it was an anniversary dinner being celebrated at the hospital with no condiments or silverware available to us and was told 30 minutes. A hour and a half later after I had to ask for the correct salad, the A1 and Heinz 57 that I had requested, some cutlery and to get the final order completely ready to walk out everything else was then cold. Rather disappointed that I spent so much money trying to make a nice meal in the hospital when I could have went to a local chain restaurant and have had the same experience and saved myself about 75%.

Atmosphere is low key, and the accoustics are great. You feel as if you have your own personal space and can talk in normal tones with a packed venue. The food was superb. The sides are family style and I figure they are portions that would do for two people, so order two sides for a group of four. Steaks... outstanding!
