Ruth's Chris Steak House

The steak I ordered was not only excellent but the creme brulee was also delightful, I recommend this restaurant to anyone who would love a wonderful experience with amazing service. I myself will be returning to enjoy another evening.

Came in for our 9 year wedding anniversary looking forward to a great meal. I asked for my steak to be cooked medium well with very little pink. My steak was brought to the table with blood running out of it. They tried fixing it with a bucket of oil making it even worst. Finally the manager cooked another one but by that time I was full on my husband’s steak. Maybe I’ll try a different location next time.

Most excellent service! Our waiter Paul was extremely knowledgeable in the culinary arts. He had the most charming personality and provided exceptional service. We absolutely recommend this place for the amazing food and intimate environment. Request Paul for the best experience.

So frustrated with the run around from customer service. Apparently, customer satisfaction is not a priority.

Our dining experience was outstanding as well as the service by the staff. The bone in filet was perfectly prepared.

One of our very favorite go-to places! Most recently was our son’s 30th birthday. Kelly always takes good care of us, keeping up with drinks and spacing food, etc. Wonderful personality, funny and knowledgeable. Delicious from apps to Chrissie’s. Crab claws, fish, steaks, veggies, salads. Yum! Divine leftovers as well. Thanks to Ann and Emily for always looking after us and our families!

Excellent food, service and atmosphere!

Wanted to bring home something special for the family and help support one of Mobiles best restaurants. Food was ready to go at the stated time, everything was perfect, very tasty as always. I earned a few gold stars with the family after bringing this wonderful meal home.

The name says it all. Well known for fabulous steaks and they live up to the reputation. Always order the filet and I'm never disappointed.

Excellent service. Like GUY BRUSHED OUR CRUMBS AWAY LIKE 3TIMES service. A little strange to me actually. Prices are crazy high, and everything is a la carte. The food was absolutely delicious though.

The service was the best everThe food was beyond compare

Walked in on Valentine's Day, first they didn't have me down for reservations that I called a week ago for, but they got us in so whatever. Then my wife's steak was over cooked. They promised it would only take a minute. I tried to wait but my steak was just sitting there so I went ahead. It took 20 minutes and they brought out the wrong sides. They tried to get off by buying me dessert which we already had coming then tried to just buy me a drink. After finally telling them no enough they came back and offered my wife her steak free but then charged us 25 dollars for a salad and an appetizer because their explanation was they comped the steak so then the side and starter were single purchased items instead of with the steak. We then get home and they only gave us one dessert instead of two. Won't be back to that one. The one bright side of that the waitress was really good and nice.

We attended the Veuve Clicquot Dinner and were extremely disappointed. The steak was cooked well however had a lot of grizzle in it and was plated horribly with the crabmeat falling off on the side. . Some of us got the side of potatoes that was included in the dinner and some didn't. The apple dessert was not consistent. My piece had one piece of apple on the tart and other people at the table had more, like it should have been. And then there was the drunk. He was so drunk he would go to everyone's table, get right in their face and proceed to tell them how much money he had. After he fell on top of one lady, that couple got up and left. However, Ruth Chris management didn't ask him to leave. Understand, this was not an inexpensive event and I certainly expected much better.

The food was awesome and the service was excellent.
