This past Saturday my husband and I were in the mood for steaks so he suggested we dine at this location of Ruth's Chris. The service was great and the food was simply delicious. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. The Sweet Potato Casserole OMGoodnessssss! We were casually dressed and we were seated and served with no issues. Everything was great across the board.

Have the salmon with roasted brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes. It was all delicious. The wait staff was very nice. I hope to go there again soon and actually try their steak.

Today, my wife and I decided to take my mom out for dinner. It was her and my son's first experience at the restaurant. The food was delicious and brought joy to our palates. Our wait staff person l, Melissa, needs to be commended for her service and attentiveness. I don't mind paying for a good meal if the service is great. My son made the comment that "This is his favorite restaurant!" In addition, I appreciate the GM, Cedric, for coming out to talk to us and personally engage with my son. Other formal dining establishments need to take heed to what Ruth's Chris is doing. It makes a difference. My mom was thrilled with the experience as well. I'm pretty sure she's going to tell her friends. Well done!

From the first moment you enter this restaurant the stuff gives you an agreeable feeling. Very friendly crew, it is a friendly place to hang out with friends or with your date. tasty meals, experienced chief cook and stuff, decent pay and courteous service. Warmly recommended.

The semi upscale restaurant places great value on service and it is well worth it. The food is great. I ordered a three course dinner with a salad, steak and mash potatoes. I had a strawberry shortcake as dessert. My appetizer was calamari. Every thing was cooked perfectly and served with great care. Need a pinch of something to give the steak a burst of fla6, hence 4/5 stars.

This spot is the one I like best. I go to a lot of restaurants but to this place I go the most. The team is very receptive and the cuisine they offer is so flavorful. I never miss an opportunity to have a nice dinner here. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Tremendous atmosphere, food, and service on our 55th Anniversary

First of all the whole presentation is wonderful. You can choose to sit in a nice sitting area or in a regular dining room. I chose the relaxed sitting area. It has a old world cigar lounge vibe without the cigars. Ordered the tomahawk with a side of Brussel sprouts. I was presented with a beautiful wood box of knives to choose from for my steak. The chef himself came out with the steak and cut it for me. It was beyond delicious. It was massive. It was perfect. I'm at a loss for words to describe how delicious the steak was. And the Brussel sprouts were totally unexpected and equally amazing. They were cooked to perfection and in a maple bacon and onion crumble.The waitress was extremely pleasant and nice. She came over to check on my just the right amount of times.Huge 5 stars and if you love steak or just good food Ruth's is the place to go.

I love Ruth Chris and it's my favorite steakhouse but this particular one not so much. We went at 1130 for lunch. Presentation for the sweet potato casserole and lobster Mac n cheese was sub par. The taste wasn't up to snuff either. My sister has a specific salad (harvest) she likes and she was not impressed with it. The lobster bisque soup was just ok. The steaks were still great but a little charred. I tried the heirloom tomatoes and cucumbers salad and I loved it. My new go to salad. I want to chop it up to us being one of the first few customers of the day since they just opened but for the price I expect the same level of quality no matter what time I go. Service was just ok as well.

I've eaten at the Birmingham location once. Was not impressed. Vastly overpriced and the meat was tough. I ordered medium rare and got medium. If this is PRIME grade beef, I'd truly hate to eat Choice here if they sell it. Prime Filet was tough, gristle laden, and had very little taste. The tossed salad contained brown tarnished mix of greens and the dressing was very bland. The sweet tea was good. Only 3 couples in the restaurant while we were there and I saw/overheard all patrons complaining about the food. May have been a bad night, it happens at times. I don't think Ruth or Chris would be happy with this meal.
