The service was excellent. Our waiter Eric was friendly and fun. I enjoyed my experience.

Thank you for taking twenty million dollars from the SBA and destroying other small businesses during this crises. We have dined with you many many times and never will again due to your insane greed. You should be ashamed.

I called to place a to-go order today and I was told that they weren’t taking call in to-go orders, because it’s Valentine’s Day, very understandable. Whoever picked up my call let me know that I could come in and order at the bar if I wanted to go. I did , when I approached the bar an employee I believe to be either a bartender or a manger walked towards me it seem as if he was about to help me . So I asked if I could place a to-go . He replied I’m sorry but being that today is Valentine’s Day we’re not taking Togo orders . I tried to explain that they let me know that I could over the phone but he walked off right after telling me I couldn’t place an order . I don’t live downtown or close I wasted time and gas . Being that I work in the restaurant industry I’m livid. But it’s safe to say I won’t be returning. He was so unprofessional!!!

Celebrated the hubby's birthday here. What a nice treat. Amazing service and the wine list was massive. Romantic atmosphere and great spaces for a private party if you needed that. Valet parking makes it an easy in.

As always.. Exquisite dining with service incomparable to anywhere in Indy.. Although getting a baked potato there seems to be next to impossible which is definitely disappointing but that's the only con i have for this establishment.

They let us sit in the front window even though we brought our backpacks in. Prime piano location by the front FYI. #Nosteaksauceneeded Asparagus was a little under cooked. Steaks were top notch and the Lobster Mac and Cheese is a must.

Never forget when this franchise stole tax dollars unjustly that were meant for struggling small buisnesses. I will never support this chain again.

Extremely profitable, excess cash reserves, yet still took money out of the pockets of small businesses across the country. You can shove your overpriced dog food where the sun doesn't shine.

Lined their pockets with $20 million of taxpayer money intended to bail out small businesses. Shamelessly. Order quarantine takeout from someone who didn’t get that money. And also someone who is steaks aren’t as dry and bland.

My family of 6 had Christmas dinner here as we loves Ruth’s. I typically go to the 86th street location and now know that is the location to go to. When we go to Ruth’s we have always had impeccable friendly service, but not so much on Christmas at the downtown location. Drinks (not water) remained empty for too long, we were in a crowded corner where the servers had to lean over me and my daughters main dish came out wrong and she had to sit for 15 minutes waiting for the correct dish while the rest of us ate our food. This type of mistake is typically compensated or at least apologies are given- not on this visit. Typically management will walk around and ensure the experience is great but it did not happen.For the money we spent on this dining experience I do feel it was a top notch experience or worth it. From now on I will only go to the 86th street location.

There is no other steak house in this city I would rather go to. Never a bad meal. I also highly recommend asking for Martin as your server you will not be disappointed. He is hands down the best server. My boyfriend's company Indierail used to do company Christmas dinners here and Martin was always the head server of the group. Be it a big company dinner or a small party of two Martin's attention to detail and service are above and beyond. Always a pleasure to see him.

Well service was slower than expected. Drinks were pretty good. My steak was cooked medium instead of medium well. My server Andrew was solid and he noted the overall delay. The nice thing was they took the drinks off the bill and also covered our deserts plus gave me a 25$ off card on the next visit. This was my first time on my birthday a place that ive been wanting to go to for while. Honestly I wasn't impressed by the food but I was impressed by the overall service. I do plan to return. And I'm sure my overall experience will be better.

It was ok. A little over rated and over prices. Servers were amazing, but the quality and presentation of the food (for the price) was so so.
