My order was wrong. I did not get the onion rings on my beer cheese burger, and I actually look forward to those.Good:. Thick well cooked juicy burger, good cheese, nice tomato and not too many onions.Bad:. No tea refills, burger bun was cold enough to have come straight from a freezer. It fell apart in chunks. Had to ask twice for lemons for my tea and the waiter finally tossed them on my table mid stride as he ran by without looking. I saw where he went. There was no emergency.... My fries were soggy and barely cooked. They did leave the spices off as I requested. I usually go to a different restaurant of this chain. I think I will avoid this location from now on. Very nice location in Bexley. The place was clean and had a fun, cozy atmosphere. My server Andrew was quick, efficient, and polite. It was busy but they were keeping up. I got the Reuben and fries and everything was made very well. The fries were seasoned and need no extra salt or ketchup. I started eating too fast to get a good pic but the portions were huge too.
