From the “heart” of Napoli to your table, Rusciano’s is proud to offer our customers authentic Neapolitan pizza. The secret of our pizza is the dough. The difference that sets our dough apart is the long rise and perfect hydration. It’s made daily using ”00” flour, water, salt, yeast and raised at room temperature for over a day. We use quality ingredients from local farms, vendors, and Italian imports to make a simple yet elegant pizza. True Neapolitan pizzas must be baked in a wood-fired brick oven; ours was handcrafted and finished with custom tiles in Napoli by the master oven-maker Stefano Ferrara.

Just ordered for Mother’s Day take out. Couldn’t of been more pleased. Super clean. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Great easy to follow directions to bake the Penne. Always wonderful food. Support small local restaurants if you can, but just know this is one brick oven pizza/Italian restaurant worth trying! Thank you for providing us with a delicious meal.

My family and I love this place. The pizza is so delicious- tastes fresh out of Italy. Pasta is also always excellent. Family friendly environment, great service, extremely friendly owner who always takes the time to say hi and thank you. Highly recommend!

Wonderful atmosphere, amazing food. I brought my folks for a late mother's day it was busy, but even so, it was a short fifteen minute wait. We tried a healthy portion of everything on the menu and it was all fantastic. The owner, Gennaro even took a few minutes away from the oven to come talk to all the customers and see how they liked the food. I'll definitely be returning, and be bringing friends.
