Very slow. Ordered 1 veg biryani to go and I was asked to pickup 30 mins later. I went there after 35 mins but still had to wait for 30 more mins. 70 mins just for 1 veg biryani. Rediculous. Shouldn't have ordered there. Will never order again.

We love the food here but feel that the owners/management can do a better job at making the ambiance and the seating a little better. Every-time we visit this restaurant we get to sit in springy benches that look dated and is very uncomfortable to sit. On the positive, the food is awesome and the service is attentive. Would definitely recommend to any and all looking for their Indian fix while in and around Bothell!

Rava onion dosa looks and taste like rava upma dosa.very bad in taste and texture. Didn't even look like rava onion dosa. Because of this stomach upset for whole family.

Ordered chicken 65 biryani full tray from this restaurant(Ruchi Bothell) and found rice is spoiled. Probably rice was cooked a day before. I've called them 3 times and their manager/chef took my number all 3 times & said they will call me back which they didn’t did. Looks like the management has no interest in their customers at all! Such carelessness and unhygienic food is not acceptable at all! Such a rip off!

Amazing service and food. Vibe was very nice. They explained all the dishes to me and my girlfriend, and left me wanting more. Music videos were playing creating a fun unique experience. Different in a good way. Thanks for the amazing time.

Yummy Indian food! We we're the last group to enter the restaurant on a weekend night.(9.10pm) The kitchen was about to close, hence we picked up everything in a single order as per the staff's request..All hungry mouths are waiting for the dish, once it's arrived oh..yeah! Don't know where it went! Delicious chicken 555 and Briyani..😃 we just felt it very good! Able to meet the chef and conveyed our wishes for his good work! You people should try here ,if you are looking for good Indian food!

I see your devious methods are getting keener Google you squirrelly minx. I did in fact get dinner at Ruchi Indian Restaurant. I was very delishious I might even say this is one of the better Indian restaurants in the area. The food is exquisite and the staff is always friendly. They do take a bit of time to prepare the food though so its best to order ahead of time.

Ordered chicken 65 biryani from this restaurant and found a bug in it! I've called them and their manager/chef was prompt to come pick it up from our home saying he'll show his employees and ask them to be more careful next time.He also bought a lot of pest control products and said they use it every week but still it's not working I guess! He said he'll promptly refund me but they didn't do it yet! Looks like the management has no interest in their customers at all! Such carelessness and unhygienic food is not acceptable at all! Such a rip off!

I ordered veg 65 biryani last Saturday and it looks like it is just the dried coloured rice below the gravy. It was not as perfect and yummy as they use to serve before. I called them on the available phone number online to let know about this and the guy replied- call after 5 to talk to the manager.

It was good. Best in Seattle for People who are missing Indian food.
