Ruby Tuesday

My son took me out to dinner here on Tuesday evening. I had a terrible headache before going and still had it when I first arrived. We had a wonderful server - Alice White - who was very thoughtful and considerate. She seated us, at my request, in an area that was less bright as well as quieter. She dimmed the lights for me as well. Her service was very prompt and her cheerful attitude lifted my spirits. By the time I was partway into the meal, I felt much better. The food and drink was also delicious. I highly recommend both the restaurant and especially the service. I plan to go there again the next time I go out and I will ask for the same server again.

Heather the lovely bartender always makes the best drinks and gives the most amazing sevice. Always has a smile and welcoming attitude. Highly recommend you ask for her when you dine at Ruby Tuesday.

I came in not to long ago when I was traveling. I never have been to a Ruby Tuesday's before. I do want to give props to my bartender/server. Her name was Heather and she was absolutely great. She knew the menu thoroughly even down to the ingredients that were in each dish. She was hands down the best server I ever had. Also she can make one killer cocktail she knew what alcohol went in each drink without having to look. This woman not only showed professionalism but also she took great pride in her work and it showed. Because of her I will definatley coming back and will be asking to sit in her section each time. She was absolutely wonderful. Thank u Heather for a wonderful dinning experience.

Nice fresh salad bar with so many options! That was exactly what we came for! Hostess & Server were both very friendly & helpful. (Only complaint was the bathroom walls & doors. This is a common problem in many restaurants. They're waterproof for a reason, just wipe them down every now & then or when they're visibly dirty 😊)

Stopped going in the past due to bad service. Got a coupon in the mail today so I figured, give them another shot. Seriously......just give up and close down.

I love their lunch special of endless salad bar. An amazing variety of healthy ingredients and dressings that will satisfy any craving for fresh food from the garden.

Best service ever. Bartender/server was fast and relatable. She made great suggestions. We ordered sirloins and they were delicious. The salad bar was well stocked and fresh. All around perfect experience!

Alice took good care of us. She greet us with a warm smile and made sure we had everything we need. I would go back there!!❤❤

Hands down my order is always right the cheese cake is to die for and the salad bar is the Greatest ever I enjoy it every time the food ,Fish I’m a fan ,the ribs good the shrimp and the chicken quesadillas are so juicy. It’s very quite , mostly ladies eat here mothers daughters girls afternoon out or brunch have not been during dinner time . But I highly recommend this place And I will always eat here because my food and experience is always friendly and clean . By the way it’s New York Cheese Cake . Top of the line nobody in Columbia can touch there’s I’ve been around !

We made reservations a month in advance and then called 2 days before going. When we arrived, we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated because they hadn't prepared our tables. They had one poor waitress for our group of 20 people. We waited forever to get our orders taken and brought out to us. We waited forever to get to carryout containers. I approached the manager about our concern and she sat there on her phone while another employee took care of us. The manager had no care in the world about how our service was going. She never even came to check in afterwards. Another family came in a little after us and ended up leaving because their food was not even given to them. This location is very poorly managed. Just go to the one by Dutch Square Mall!!!

Excellent salad bar. Very fresh choices. Entrees we're good. We had shrimp fajitas, shrimp and chicken Mac with spicy tomato.pepper and onion cream sauce and a fried shrimp platter. Delish!

Horribly slow service and bad service. It wasn't even that busy. The queso dip came in a tiny plastic ramekin so it wasn't enough for the chips and it got cold so fast it wasn't "dipable". Fajitas weren't sizzling and we're just luke warm. Probably sat in the window waiting to go out for too long. Flavor was good and the tortillas we're nice. Needed salsa but our server never checked back with us. The bathrooms here we're nasty and stunk. Toilets looked like they hasn't been cleaned in weeks. I like Ruby Tuesday but will never go back to this location.

The salad bar was fairly decent. Mac n cheese, Sweet potato fries, Broccoli N Cheese soup was good too. Wish they had the Veggie Black Bean Burger.

Now that my favorite waitress is at your Harbison location all is well and I will continue to patronize your business love the steak and pork chop along with the salad bar
