Ruby Tuesday

I go to that location a lot. My service is Always wonderful. The food is Ok. Drinks are Great. Nice atmosphere.

We are from out of town, I have been to this restaurant in other locations and have had wonderful experiences. However tonight the service and the wait time for food was HORRIBLE! I understand that it is Valentine’s Day, and it’s a busy day for restaurants but never before have I had to wait 30 minutes to even get a drink order and then wait an additional 45 minutes for an alcoholic beverage from the bar, and it only got worse as our food took a whole hour and fifteen minutes to get to the table and it wasn’t even hot. Giving this a “1” star review is being generous.

Very good salad bar to go. I can make two salads out of it.

Had gone here twice and both times we waited over 10 minutes to be seated and another 10 to get waited on and there wasn't anybody ahead of us. It looked like they were severely understaffed. Don't plan on going back.I gave this place another try after a few months and the service has improved. I had a good meal (New Orleans seafood). I will reflect the service by adding a couple of stars.I went here again mid May and the service was back to being a terrible one

Cajan chicken and shrimp was so delicious.

It was a busy evening but the service was great and the food was good. The hostess and our server, Dove were great. They were quite attentive and pleasant.

This was the ABSOLUTE worst service I've ever seen. First of all it took AN HOUR for our food to come out. Once it did, one half arrived. It took another 25 minutes for the rest to come out. Secondly we asked for dessert on the house since it took so long. They declined. Against good judgement we ordered our dessert and paid out bill. It took 53 minutes for a molten chocolate cake which tasted eh okay at best to come out. We were at this place waiting for food for over 2 hours! Again this isn't eating time, this is waiting for food time. I will NEVER visit Ruby Tuesday's again!

Perfect Spot to grab some food and alcoholic beverages!

Friendly service but after waiting over an hour for the food to come out we left the place and didn't get to eat. It happened on a Monday at 7 pm and the restaurant was not even half full.

Just terrible. Went for one drink. Server took 10 to15 minutes for first appearance, 30 more for the water and 10 more before margaritas arrived. It wasn't busy at all. To add insult to injury I gave $20 note for $15.51 check and got $3 change. He skimmed a tip and disappeared into the kitchen again before I could object. Looking round this was common service at every table.

Me and my wife came to restaurant planning to eat dinner together once the food came out mines was ok but hers wasnt cook like she preferred so they took it back then when it came back out had pork on it. She doesn't eat pork and it was wasn't cook well done (pink) so we was very dissatisfied with our experience. Location on Virginia ave near Atlanta airport. I will not return. On top of that I spoke with the hostess an she had the nerve to get loud with me plus try an get an attitude.

Please have the Cajun Steak done medium rare with coleslaw. That is heaven. The steak was the better than the outback’s I should say. The dessert was some quality, you can easily share it without whining. Ha ha.. the salad bar for $1.99 upgrade on sides was a steal. Wish I lived here. The hostess was not that welcoming but our waitress was very good, she was courteous and well polite. We were a group of 15 and I will say I speak for all. For THAT food, I will overlook the faults. Cheers.

It is a Typical American diner. Service was okay, took a bit long though only few people where there, food as well okay but no haute cuisine. Clean rooms and facilities. All in all Fair enough to go to if you want a quick dinner in a diner. In this area I guess the best choice you can make especially for the little money. Parking directly in front of the house.

If i didn't have to choose a star, I wouldn't have. This is the worst place to visit. The staff is loud, unprofessional and dirty. And so was the establishment. The waiter was constantly apologizing for the kitchen and bar staff. Them they closed the salad bar for health reasons. Then to found out a roach was in the salad bar. The bar tender with the purple braids was loud and busy doing the wrong things like putting salt in my drink after I said sugar. After making the drink several times, it was delicious. So overall I had a bad experience and I won't be back and I won't tell a friend to dine there. 2 thumbs down. But thanks again Marty, u tried ur best.

At 3 pm on a Sunday with dozens of empty tables we had to wait for them to clean one. They said they were going to put us by the game. We were seated by TVs that had on golf and an auto race that was on a rain delay. So really nothing to watch. It took 40 mins to get our food then another 5 to get silverware. No refills on drinks and they never came back to check on our meal. The cheesecake was good but the small amount of strawberries came from the bar. It was not a sauce just a few plain strawberries. After asking for the check we had to wait another 10 mins. What should have been a 30 min meal took nearly 2 hrs of miserable dinning.
