My dad ordered steak that was so tuff he could hardly eat it. I ordered ribs and baked potato after 15 minutes they come to tell me they didn't have potatoes. Then another 5 minutes come to tell me they had no ribs so then I had to choose something else entirely. The worst $55 ever spent. Not ever going back. Not to mention the staff was loudly complaining about their day. Just not a good atmosphere or meal.

I go to Ruby Tuesday often but have not been to the Jasper location in years. It had gotten a bit unappealing. But tonight we were in the area and had a BOGO so we went. We were very pleasantly surprised. Everything was very fresh and very good. We will be back.
