Ruby Tuesday

No wait at all. William was an excellent server. Food was good.

Ordered food online and came in to pick up. Food was ready, picked up food from an extremely hyper bartender Kelly. Also ate ham and pea pasta off the salad bar which I like and was not disappointed. Servers seemed to be attentive as the establishment was clean and everyone seemed to be at ease. I've had issues with this place before now when ordering a large order with co-workers but they handled it and they seem to care how about the restaurant and it being operated properly. I'd come back because of the convenience and the familiarity of the food.

The Ruby Tuesday at Arrowood and I77 has fantastic service. The salad bar is always clean. I normally have the Turkey Burger and salad bar. However, they have wings again and the new Sweet Tea flavor is surprisingly good. My only concern is the lack of beers options on tap and a meal can get pricey.

We were a family of six and our sever was Jamison Cooper. He was very nice and sweet and very tentative. He cleaned the table as we finished our plates and engage in conversation. The food was good and the apple dessert was delicious.

This may have been my first time eating at Ruby Tuesday. I ate way too much of the salad buffet because it was all fresh and delicious. Customer service was very good. Staff was friendly. I'll probably try Ruby Tuesday again even though I tend to avoid most chain restaurants. This may be a better one.

Been here from out of town the last two weekends. This is the third time I have been here. Every single time has exceeded my expectations! From the New Orleans Seafood, to a simple burger, to the Cajun Rib-eye just now... wow!! Perfectly seasoned, cooked, and quality of food has been what I would expect at a much "finer" restaurant. I have been at the bar both times, and Cassandra and Lindsey have been great! The manager, Kiersten, came by and I had to stop her to tell her what a great experience this had been. I'm from the service industry, and always hear the negative... someone needs to start hearing the positive! Kudos to this crew, and the amazing cook that served up this food!!

One of the best burgers you will find, tasty bacon loaded bourbon burger, comes with onion rings on burger, I ate first. Awesome Burger

I was staying at a hotel nearby and I stopped in for a quick burger. The food was good, the people were friendly. I would definitely consider going back the next time I am there.

Devonte Sanders was extremely personable, professional and contentious. I am visiting the Charlotte, NC area for business and he made my stop here very pleasant. I was able to see how he interacted with all of his customers and the courteousness he shows to me he showed to everyone. A quality that more frequently is hard to find. Devonte I wish you all the best and thank you for your smile :-)

Very clean, great service, good food. Highly recommended.

Food was good. I got the hickory bourbon chicken which was really good. However, the service was not. It took forever for the waitress to show up and get our drinks, then we barely saw her after that. Had to ask for refills. Just not how you want service to be for the price of the food. Hopefully they will work on that.

Dropped in for a late lunch/early dinner. Our server Lindsay was great and the food was delicious. Spinach artichoke dip. New Orleans Seafood, loaded mashed potatoes, grilled zucchini, strawberry lemonade, white sangria. Vodka cranberry, Bourbon pork chop, onion rings.

Great tasting Burger, bacon burger, bourbon with onion rings, lettuce tomato, side of fries.

Best meal I’ve had in ages! Great atmosphere and staff to boot. Not only that but Devonte was and excellent host! Definitely will be back in the future.
