Avoid if you're gluten-free or have other food allergies!Met a family near the airport and I chose this place because I knew it was a large family-style chain - which I wanted because my wife is very gluten-intolerant. COULD NOT BELIEVE that such a large chain doesn't indicate ANYTHING on their menus about gluten-free or dairy-free items. The server couldn't tell us what things were GF, just told us to go online and we'd find more help there. So now we're on our phones on the Ruby Tuesday website using their not-so-intuitive allergens menu...finally gave up and went with salmon and broccoli, usually safe. Not to mention....the food took at least 30 minutes to come out. I'll never go there again.

Got my order delivered to my hotel with no silverware. Eating at the hotel with my hands. Also ordered shrimp that was evidently "out of stick" delivery was origionally expected 30 minutes before it came. The cesar salad was extremely soggy. Very dissapointed

Slow service. Never got our drinks refilled and food was slow to come out. We were there for 2 hours. Food was alright. Standard American national chain. Better than fast food.
