The wait was a bit long to get our food. But the waitress we had was very friendly. Nice place.

Food was OK. Service was really slow. They took forever to get drinks & were out of Coke. My pasta dish was OK, but my friend got the chicken parmasean & some of the pasta was cold. Pricey for lunch & not really worth the cost. The dessert was good.

Ruby has closed dozens or hundreds of low performing locations over the past ten years, mostly where leases have run out. They closed the one in the Gwinnett Mall in 2005 and then the other one on the east side across I85 when they opened the new one in Mall of Georgia in 1999.
Casual dining has been on the down trend for all brands serving American dishes, especially in the Gwinnett area that is increasingly becoming a international community.
