Ruby Tuesday

It's a nice, kind of quaint restaurant. The food is good and service is good but it depends on the wait person. Friendly workers at least the two I interacted with were. I would visit again in maybe a few months.

We were staying in Alexandria and fancied a Ruby Tuesdays having been to several on our USA road trip. This one is off the beaten track which may explain why it was quiet. That suited us fine. The service was good and the food we enjoyed was up to the usual good standard. It was easy to get to as long as you gave a good satnav!

Great time last night great service really enjoyed Mgr Troy very impressed he checked on every single table our server had a big party I can remember thinking this is gonna take forever before I new it Mgr Troy had taking our drink order put in our food order and brought our food great team work we will be back. Thanks

Terrible service. Came here with my wife and 2 of our kids for my birthday. Took us a while to be seated even though it wasn't busy at all. Our waitress sat us down, didn't ask us if we wanted anything to drink and left us with nothing for 30 minutes. We got frustrated at that point because another family of 7 came in and were sat behind us, and she took their order within 5 minutes of them being seated. We just left. The other thing is, there seemed to be only one waitress working the whole restaurant. Bad experience and we will not return.

The food it’s getting expensive every year here, Kingstown’s ruby Tuesday was excellent like 10 years ago, now the servers don’t pay attention to customers. The food always get late on the table, even though , isn’t busy restaurant during the week. Salad bar used to be free or 7.99$ now it’s 10.99 the prices are high. For a OK food.

I really enjoyed my dinner at this Ruby Tuesday my dinner excellent. will return in the near future , I had to speak to manager Troy and tell him what a great meal me and my family had !! Thanks again Troy for having such a great team behind you!!

-1 star for the wilted romaine lettuce at the salad bar, it was only 30 minutes into opening so there's no excuse

Great service.. Unfortunately the food was not so great

Way over-priced for "just OK" food. Salad bar is $10.50 - outrageous. For $4 more, I ordered sliders. The burger was dried out and nasty. Restaurant was freezing and the bathroom dirty. Last time I will go there.

The lettuce and many of the toppings on the salad were old and looked or tasted nasty. The the same lettuce was served with the food and the worst part was that the server and mgmt thought it was just fine.

Overall good value with the salad bar. Waiters were nice, but service was kind of slow. Main entrees were good not great (as expected) and appetizers, especially the sampler platter, were delicious. Overall good.

Salad bar can be better quality.I couldn’t eat some stuff that I like.For example cucumbers, they shouldn’t even put cheap veggies on the bar.Also they have to do better cleaning on plates and silverware.Other than that, you can creat your own salad and soup on the side about $12.

We attempted to eat her Saturday 2.1.2020 after waiting at a table for 15 minutes and no one came to even say hello we left.The server passed is 4 times going to all the tables around us.

Yesterday was my first time eating at Ruby Tuesday’s and server Jose gave me an excellent service! He was always making sure that we were pleased; I was astonished by him. And what can I say about the food; it was delicious.
