Food was average but SUPER expensive and the portions are super small

Great experience over all. Stopped for a quick lunch, ordered the chicken sliders with a side cheddar/ broccoli soup, which was delicious. Service was fast, food came quick and as expected mall pricing. Waitress was phenomenal and wonderful with my children. Salad bar a must have.

Salad salad salad!! And more salad - I come for the salad bar!

3/16/19 8:30pm The worst experience I ever had! The place was disgusting. The walls had food plastered on them. The menus were sticky and torn. Our soda was flat, our appetizer came out the mozzarella sticks were way over cooked, the spinach artichoke dip tasted sour, the pretzel bites had no salt on them. When we were served our appetizer we got no silverware, no plates, no napkins. There was no marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks and no mustard sauce for the pretzel bites. When we asked for them we were served marinara sauce in a clear plastic container. I can only imagine what our food would have looked like had we not called the server back to our table and told him forget it were leaving. Place needs to be shut down I have never in my life seen a place that nasty!

Mark was our server and he was great. Food was good. I had a salad and it was fresh and crispy. Croutons were weird but still tasty. Kid's food was perfect. Met every expectation I had.

I love Ruby Tuesday restaurants but this one fell short.... in every aspect. Waited to be sat. Hostess said she would be right back with kids menus and crayons once we sat... we had to go up and ask. We arrived right around noon and got the salad bar, almost everything was picked over, soggy or wilted. I had to ask the waitress to please have them refill items including the lettuce.Restaurant wasn't overly busy, we had to wait extended periods for drink refills or sauces we had asked for.Finally, we tried to use a $5 off coupon but was told because we got a "meal deal" we weren't allowed to combine with coupon.We wont be returning here. Management needs to really step out up, overall a bad experience.

Overall good experience, no long wait and food was good. Quiet out of the way place staff was keeping what they could clean and ready.

No baked sweet potatoes, no baked white potatoes and charged for sweet potato fries! Really??? Sweet potato fries don't go with Salmon. Plus, they left the HEAT outside with the record low temperatures today! Other customers complained about the heat as well. Not my 1st time here. Treating mother for her birthday. Not very Happy!! Whiskey sour had no fruit in it! If bartender didn't know how to make the drink or what to put in it. There's always Google or Siri!

They have a pick 3 option so if your going with a friend, you cooped share the pick 3 and add the unlimited salad bar for $3.99. I thought the salad bar was basic but we enjoyed it. The kids meals are priced at $5 and they gave them pretty good size portions. My daughter and I spit the pick three and with the added salad bar for $3.99, there was plenty.The food was fair but the desserts were yummy. There is also a $5 drink special everyday all day, and the other drinks are priced fair. I posted the menus so you can review.

I ordered the Ruby relaxer and a chicken sandwich with fries. The food was delicious and the drink was nice and strong. Definitely can't wait to go back.

Needs new management. Bartenders don't know how to mix. I order a burger and fries. The order looked like it was from the lunch menu. When I brought it to the bartender's attention he didn't care. He said our food is measured and walked away. How do you measure 11 french fries. Where's Christie? Their last good bartender.

The salad bar is always phenomenal, always fresh, and definitely worth it. However, some of the entrees are smaller than expected and the soup is aweful, very disappointing.

A little expensive, it took a while to get silverware but we didn't wait long for seating or food. My burger wasn't hot though it did taste pretty good and filled me up completely.

Great staff friendly environment. Stopped there to grab a bite before going to a show with my firend. We weren't sure where the lounge was located in the mall and ask the person who sat us. He doubled checked to make sure of the location and came back to tell us. Our server was friendly and quick. Our meals came out in record time. We both had steak medium well and it was amazing. We needed singles and ask our waiter to break 40 dollars into singles and they did it. I have never been so impressed with a restaurant. I will be going back the next time i am in the area.

Waiter Justin was great. Salad bar amazing.
