Ruby Tuesday

Very welcoming staff,clean environment the salad bar is fresh with a variety of veggies/salads to choose from.The menu selection is good 👌 and my husband and I make going to Ruby Tuesday a DATE so it's always something to look forward to for us.Thank you 😊

Food was great. Staff very nice. One small thing was hair in my food, but the manger approached very respectfully and replaced my meal. Meant the most actually. Chastyn was the most awesome waitress ever by the way!!

Salad bar is hit or miss. The bartenders never really bother you after they take your first order.

You get what you pay for. The food is just okay. Some of the salad bar items were frozen. It is not the worst place to eat.

12/17. Maybe 9 tables occupied in the restuarant at 115pm.But the Service slow.. When we finally got the food, wait staff dropped off the food on the table without a word. I had to find someone to get additional service. Never got asked if we'd like more tea. Didn't get what I ordered and what I did get was overcooked. I don't normally rate places, but this was so bad, I had too.

I think this is my last visit. RT can do better.Salad bar is very unorganized and vegetables are not that good. Also $12 is pretty expensive for that salad bar.There are many other restaurants have endless salad bar and they all under $10 and better quality. I tried RT several times but every time I left sad. Never again! 3 stars because they have nice employees!

Great prices and variety You have to be patient doing check out but it's a good place to shop.

I haven't been to Ruby Tuesday in awhile. This was my first time at this location. The menu has changed quite a bit. My favorite turkey mushroom burger was gone so I had the chef try to recreate it. That didn't work. Most of the items on the menu has some flavor of barbeque sauce on it. I don't care for barbeque sauce on my food. So, I probably won't go back. However, our server and host was great.

Usually pretty satisfied with RT's...today not so much! Hostesses failed, Asagio dbl bacon chicken was good but under sized. Waiter had to have manager alert and bring to the table😕

The food was good, service HORRIBLE. The bar tender didn't tend to us never asked didn't we want another drink, and when she FINALLY asked did we need anything else, I proceeded to tell her that she didn't check on us (in a nice manner ) and she came with an attitude and wanted to somewhat go back and forth instead of doing what a person in customer service SHOULD do.. apologize for what we deemed as poor service... truly disappointed

Great taste and a nice salad bar with only $3.99. Our waitress Lacy did a great in my birthday. Thank you guys

Took my daughter here after an after noon of searching for athletic shoes. We had shrimp fajitas for me, and a burger for her it was all great. I would go back..we enjoyed everything.

I eat in this great restaurant many times a year! This is the best place to grab a bite. I go there many times. The cooking is excellent, the staff is courteous and the prices are affordable. I like being in this place over a decent lunch.

Had a phenomenal experience with the Ruby Tuesday of Columbia Maryland. Food was great, price was great, level of professionalism/customer service exhibited was outstanding. Please keep up the excellent work☺️

The food was good, but way too much air conditioning IN WINTER.
