Ruby Tuesday

Worst experience ever. UNCOOKED wings!!!! It’s better to overcook it than under cook it. Who is working in that kitchen omg. Not to mention rib lol. The driest ribs ever. It’s suppose to be two types of sauce and they couldn’t manage that one. Then the fries had to be cooked in either old grease or fish grease smh. Just shut it down and bring in a more deserving place of business so even the employees can can more to look forward to smh.

Food was so delicious! Our waiter was the best!

Went in for lunch, place was fairly empty, over 40 minutes now with no food, all that was ordered is two cheese burgers with fries.

Service is always so slooow, it is always way over an hour for lunch. Ordered the endless soup and never came back and asked if we wanted more.

This place is terrible (I don't know if it's the entire chain or just this location). I hadn't gone there in over a year due to a few bad experiences in the past but I figured they're still open and it's been a while. Maybe they improved...nope! I did a to go order online and when I go to pick it up, they tell me they're out of something from my order. They didn't call or text (they had my # from the order) to tell me this. They wait until I get there to tell me and then I have to wait for them to make me something else. I ordered no bun no tomato on a chicken sandwich. They got that part right but then also removed the bacon and mayo, and added pickles?! 5 strikes and you're out Ruby Tuesday.

Had dinner tonight, Monday, MLK day (1/20/2020) with my wife and son (in his twenties). My son and I had burgers, my wife a steak (all ordered medium well). My son's burger was fine, mine and my wife's steak overcooked. My burger was charred. My wife also ordered a regular margarita, yet after too long a wait got a strawberry one, which she declined and turned down its order altogether. The wait for the food was also too long and it was finally served without the typical sauces. After asking for ketchup and bbq sauce, only the ketchup was brought and the bbq sauce arrived after one more long wait. There seemed to be only two waitresses, which at least by ours, appeared overworked and unable to devote ample time and attention to remember all our meals' needs and our requests. My son and wife contacted the management and my wife was promised a makeup gift certificate would be sent to my son's email. I hope the next experience, using the certificate, will be a better one.

Very good services and the food are very good

We very much enjoyed our meals, the food was delicious and the service was great. It was a little drive for us, but it was well worth it as I celebrated my birthday dinner with the family.

Good food, reasonably priced. Salad bar, A-1, good choices. Wait staff, very pleasant but young. She'll get better with time. Give her a raise. Overall good experience.

Even in a pandemic that is stressing their company and maybe the ability to even survive it, they still think about teachers on Teacher Appreciation Day. Giving me a free cheeseburger and tots. I drove out here from my place in Southfield. Sad to see their famous salad bar empty. Food and service still wonderful. I will be back for that once we can eat in again.

Great place. I always sit at bar to eat. The bartender Scott is super nice guy and takes good care of you. Lunch today was really delicious.

1. Cold air blowing out of vent in Feb. Feels like I am outside.2. Ordered bacon Prime Cheese burger. They were out of bacon. Who puts bacon bits on your burger? I dont think I ordered a salad or pizza. Added pickles that I did not want.3. Girlfriend ordered sliders with no cheese. Sliders came with cheese.4. Understaffed on sat. Lunch.5. Taking forever to have food remade. 6. Bring your winter coat, earmuffs and gloves you will need them. Heat is out.7. Cooks walked around resteraunt to identify us instead of cooking our food. We were moved to end of rush to serve our food. Still no food. Ended up walking out, had some place to be. 8. Severs looked messy unkempt, dirty clothes.9. Never going back to this poorly managed store. Manager said they were sending someone to another store to pick up bacon. Where is your inventory management?

Poor service, food not consistent, drab environment. Salad bar not great.

Food in 12 mile & Haggaty restaurant is very good. I know one should not have age discrimination, but hostess must be way over 80 and can hardly walk. Server probably is new to the job, not experienced at all. We used to go to the one at 12 mile and Orchard Lake, the server Kim remembered how we like the our food and unbelievably sharp. Such a pleasure to dine there. Too bad they are closed.
