Best philly cheesesteak ive ever had and all the food is made in house nothing frozen and warmed up. Its amazing

I visited Rubi’s again after a 12 year hiatus. One of my first steady jobs was in Parkersburg, and Rubi’s was a frequent lunch spot for so many reasons. The lunch bar had every pizza you could want, NY style. They also had a great selection of quality salads that are obviously fresh (traditional, cucumber, pasta, etc). However, it all pales in comparison to the real show-stealer - strawberries and cream. I can’t say I’ve ever had or even seen available s&c anywhere else. I’m okay with that. It’s a real treat. Don’t skip this important step. Get a jar of the cream and make your own at home.

Casual dining. The food and service were outstanding! We were driving thru and just happened upon this place. Lucky find!

Excellent place to eat. Love their summer salad with chicken and fruit. So large I take half home!

Family owned and operated. Amazing food Everytime. The strawberries and cream are a must and if you're a cheese steak eater they have the best around. But that's only two of the awesome dishes available. You really need to check out this gem. Will not disappoint.

It was Ok. Not to fond of items cooked ahead and just reheated so we ordered our own pizza and it wasn't to bad. Plenty of toppings.

My wife and I ate dinner here for celebration of our 19th And a versary we both had the lasagna and a Greek salad it was incredible dining area a little small quite comfortable though enjoyed ourselves completely and took home some really delicious left Overs I recommend it
