I have yet to be disappointed. Everything I've gotten here had been fabulous. We frequent R.T.'s for lunch since we work downtown. Highly recommended.

Always good food at a good price. I like that it's open early for the work crowd, even on Saturdays.

My experiences here have been just average, which disappoints me because I really want to like this place. I've had a good bagel from here, but the next time I came in to order one there were fruit flies swarming in the bagel case. Lunch sandwich (the Star City) was very dry. Coffee tasted like tar. Could certainly use an upgrade in the bread department!

They tell me this is like a NY deli. I have never been to a NY deli so I have to take my friends' words for it. With that in mind, I do love the bread they use for sandwiches. Fabulous.

Absolutely one of the most fun, and delicious places to eat in the Roanoke Valley. Super friendly owners, truly outstanding food, a healthy dose of nostalgia, and excellent value for your money. Every time I have walked in, I’ve been made to feel at home. If you haven’t tried it, you are missing out!

I stopped in for another quick breakfast. I had to try it again since the first time went so well. Friendly staff and good food. I had the Western omelette and it did not disappoint. I recommend this shop. Good place to stop in and grab a bite to eat either for breakfast or lunch while you're in the downtown Roanoke area.

I love the ambiance. Keith and his wife are super nice and I'm never disappointed. The bagels are official NY bagels and the buttered rolls are a so nostalgic.

I was tasked with having lunch delivered for a business meeting in Roanoke, I live in Virginia Beach. So making sure the food was great and delivered without a hitch was crucial. Keith was very reassuring and kept me informed of the status of everything via email, which made me feel at ease. Although I did not get to eat the food, the people that did said that the sandwiches were delicious and specifically that the meat was really good quality. Which is one of the reasons I chose this deli, I myself prefer to only eat Boar's Head deli meat. They also said that the cookies were awesome. Everything was handled very professionally and I will definitely use this deli again for business lunches.

Excellent deli in the heart of downtown Roanoke. A must go-to for all pastrami lovers, and all lovers of quality deli. Portions are generous these are all day sandwiches.
