Waiters were okay but not the most welcoming. I got my food fairly quick but for that price, it‘s a joke. Reubens burger is very good, however the fries were tasteless and probably frozen and the tiny portion of coleslaw probably wasn‘t fresh too. I paid almost 30$ for a good burger, but that‘s it. I would‘nt come back and I wouldn‘t recommend this place.

Great food, the wait for our food was long, but the singing was amazing. That place is full of talent. Definitely will give them another shot.

I can only comment on the cheescake. I had the oreo and my buddy had the raspberry (I believe). It was somewhat of a cross between a NY Cheesecake and the Cheesecake Factory. In other words, it wasn't as heavy a NY cheescake, but heavier than the Cheescake Factory cheesecake. We both enjoyed and it and they gave us healthy portions.

Roxy Diner has great tasting cheesecake and food !!!! The staff is very friendly , especially the Boss!! It's always a pleasure to eat n relax here !!!

Fantastic. Amazing. The wait staff is just so spectacular I can’t even put it into words. New favorite place!!! Make sure to ask for Quintin or Jesse because they are the best of the best!

I like smaller businesses, however the prices of this place is ridiculous. $5.00 for 1 scoop of ice cream and $12 for a little cabbage roll filled with what seemed like leftover ground beef. However the customer service was really nice.

Skip Juniors and head to Roxy's second floor! Easy access to theater district with minimal wait and fast service to good diner menu.

Great cheesecake and people are so sweet!

We stumbled upon this place when we were heading to a play in the area. For a Friday evening around 7pm, it was surprisingly no wait. We were seated immediately. Staff from management to the servers worked together to ensure you had whatever you needed. The food was great. My sister ordered the Turkey Burger and I ordered the Fish and Chips. Great food and there wasn’t a long wait for your food either. I wild want to come back and try the fresh dessert from the bakery!

This place has definitely gone down hill. Moved from right on times Square. Just isn't what it used to be. Plenty of better choices.

I wish I could put 0 stars for this restaurant it was the worst morning ever in New York t, the staff was very rude. They almost kicked us out, the pancakes you can smell the egg and Burn out 😷if you want to ruin your morning go there👎🏼

Food would be good if it was a last resort. Don’t waste your money.

Would give it zero if I could. Service was poor. Took forever to have our orders taken. Seemed like the dishes were not properly cleaned. Chicken was uncooked and had bones in it aswell. Extremely over priced especially considering the lack luster service and bad food. Avoid if you can. Not worth anyone's time.

This was very convenient for us, since we were late getting into New York City. It was located on 8th Ave, behind our resort. Sandwiches are hugh. We had eaten there a couple of years ago, so we went looking for it. We didn't like the way they watched us eat, but in New York maybe they have too. We'll try it again one day.
