Deicious, friendly employees, great outdoor setting, take-out available also,fast service, overall great dining experience for individual, families, couples, etc. You'll love it and you will definitely go back again!!😊 Our family counts the months till they open in May, (it is a seasonal eatery due to the outside eating area), but you can always find them at the Hometown auction on Wednesdays. Food is delicious!!! Portion size are good. Staff is helpful and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Beef brisket, pulled pork, , chicken, ribs, and many tasty sides.

Rough Cut is a summertime staple. As soon as they post their opening date, we make plans for a visit. Their food never disappoints and is made fresh daily. If you are in the area, stop by and enjoy the outdoor seating and delicious smells and food.

Rough Cuts sells smoked pulled pork, chicken and beef brisket by the pound, too, inso it's nice for company or parties. It is consistently tender, lean and delicious. Draft birch beer on tap at Rough Cuts, too.
