I prefer the Roti next to the Willis Tower! Food is great though. Nice to eat outside when sunny and warm.

I've been to this location a couple times and the food is pretty good. The service however has been poor both times. I went in early (around 10:45/11am) and waited nearly 5 minutes to be acknowled by an employee, even when there were only two customers in the store (I almost walked out!). The employees made me feel like I was an inconvenience to have to serve as they put together catering orders. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend this particular location, solely based on the service.

Had a salad. It was good, they made it to order. It was very tasty, but they just used a common garden variety lettuce. I would have preferred something with more to offer than ruffage.

The salmon kabob is amazing! Hummus is incredible. Could be cheaper, but food quality is top notch!

Amazing spicy s'hug sauce that brings legitimate heat with great flavor. I recommend the chicken kabob for your choice of meat -- good, high quality meat. Can get busy but service is very fast. Definitely a go-to option for lunch.

Roti itself is great but this location is hit or miss. I caution to not go on a Friday afternoon as the staff is not focused and very short on customer service.Last week I went late Thursday morning and I was served fresh food with positive staff interaction. The line moves quickly but can be a few extra minutes so be prepared.

First place I had falafels that were juicy and not dry. Ordered falafels and salmon dish. Wait time was long for salmon but it was worth the wait. I received my food for free due to the long wait time. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this place.
