Let me say that I love this place for everyday lunch and that I give 5 stars. The staff are awesome, the food is amazing. A line up and down the store no matter when I go. However the few times that I have catered from there, the food is not the same, it lacked seasoning and taste. We were sadly disappointed with all dishes ordered on 3 separate occasions (no one even took leftovers and that never happens.) A side not, I ordered 5 Easter breads for Easter to bring to the homes that I was visiting. I was also disappointed. They were wrapped in plastic and the dye from eggs and sprinkles ran all over the bread. I wouldn't mind as much if they were for me but they were gifts. Had I picked them up myself, I would not have taken them but my kids picked them up. This will continue to be one of my favorite lunch spots and place to get raviolis however I will have to find another place to order food for my events.

It's incredible how in they achieve so much. Not only their sandwiches are AMAZING, their products authentic and delicious, their prices incredible... The service they provide is out of this world. They make you feel special, they show you how much they care about your experience. We got our sandwiches and sat outside, the owner came by and said hello, then saw that one of us didn't have a soda and the rest did have one. He came back with one soda for her. This kind of special treatment is what differentiates places like Rossi. Definitely worth a trip! You'll enjoy the best sandwich of your life and will get a perfect treatment!

This is a great sandwich shop in Poughkeepsie New York. The bread is awesome and the sandwiches are tasty. There is a great selection different most peoples taste and the staff is very knowledgeable. This is an iconic place in a wonderful city. I highly recommend you try their awesome sandwiches.

We were looking for a solid Ruben or Pastrami on Rye, and Rossi's came up. They fully deserve their ratings on food quality alone. We did their Pastrami and the sandwich was excellent! Both meat and the marbled rye were freshly made. Rossi's has limited outdoor seating so dining in during a busy stretch would be tricky, but I would definitely make my way over if I was in the mood for a classic deli sandwich.

I have been a big fan of Rossi’s for a while now and I don’t know if Covid 19 pandemic has anything to do with this but they have become increasingly inconsistent. My latest order was a Roast beef and Gorgonzola wedge and the wedge had 3 slices of roast beef on it.My wife and I travel 40 minutes each way to Rossi’s and have always felt it was worth the ride, but the last few times have been very disappointing

They make the best prosciutto, argula, fresh mozzarella gluten free panini.

Great old style family run Italian grocery and deli. Passing thru area and came upon this little gem that gave me a flavor (yup pun intended) for the neighborhood. It was new year's Eve, nice customers, awesome staff. Appreciated the good music playlist too! Bought an amazing cheese and pepperoni and meatballs for a party we were going too. Keep up all you do in your appreciation for you customers and neighborhood you are invested in.

Rossi's is the real deal. Traditional Italian deli that has a variety of Italian meats, cheeses, dry pastas, cookies, fresh bread and rolls and frozen foods. The real stars are the sandwiches though. Between the pork, provolone, and broccoli rabe sandwich, the fried eggplant sandwich, or my girlfriend's new favorite turkey, apple, and fig spread, you can't go wrong.

The question was, How was Rossi Rosticceria Deli? My first response was, You got to be kidding me ! This place should be on the National Historic Places list. UNBELIEVABLE! If you are hungry. You want food better than your Grandmother made. You need to go and eat here. Say hello to Mr. Rossi, meet his family. I can't think of more to say. You are going to LOVE this place. Restaurant, Deli. It's what Italians live for, FOOD to EAT !

Made my first trip to Rossi deli. Ordered a sausage and pepper and chicken parm hero's. After a long wait was handed a bag. When I got to my car I discovered that I was given the wrong order. I brought it back and waited a second time for the replacement sandwiches. After yet another wait I was handed a bag. The sausage and pepper sandwich had 4 small pieces of sausage on bread that was so over toasted it was crunchy and crumbled in my hands. The chicken parm was eggplant that was undercooked on the same over toasted roll My first time is my last. Was looking forward to great food, have had much better.

The sandwiches are really good. Italian ingredients but American quantity... Simply the best sandwich ever! The focaccia is my favorite.
