Tucked inside Dover st market , entrance on 30th. Really great pastry. Weird service. Makes more sense as counter service. Overall great experience

I love this shop. I always stop by and get my coffee and sweet dessert. Kind staff and nice atmostphere make me happy.

Horrible service - in fact, non-existent. Been to DSM many times to shop but thought to check out the bakery. Was confused on how service worked so asked the woman at the door "Do I just sit anywhere for the cafe?" She said yes. I assumed it was waited service since I saw other people being served so I took a seat. Waited 10min and no one said anything or greeted me. Meanwhile the one waiter was tending to other people who already had their food and asking them if their food is ok. I'm sitting there wondering how these people are being served and not me. Such poor and confusing service.I witnessed a woman who came in looking to order as well and then eventually just left after also being ignored.Not even gonna come back here to shop.
