Rosati's Pizza Chicago

The experience started off kinda bad with their oven breaking down on them at like 12am after I had already ordered 45 minutes earlier for a delivery. Manager called me personally and asked if we would like anything and everything else on the menu to compensate since we couldn’t get our deep dish pizza. They gave us several items for free to compensate and made sure we were happy with everything else. I would definitely go back just because of the great customer service as well as the food that we got was amazing!
