Rosarito Fish Shack

I went here only because Shelter, the original place I was trying to go, said they have the same menu. When the music was way too loud, my dad asked a server to turn it down. The server with so much attitude said “whoa, you need to come off less strongly.” She begrudgingly turned the music down. The only thing as a veg to eat was one of the veggie tacos, which I was then informed they only serve on Tuesday’s??? So I got a veg empanada, which came out smaller than my palm and was wayyyy to overpriced. My whole dinner party was upset with the service, price and food. When I got home that night, I GOT FOOD POISONING. The only thing I had that day was a chai latte and that stupidly expensive empanada. Overall, horrible restaurant. Never recommending. Shelter owner got a little cocky with a good place and has no pride in his other restaurant.

Our server was Caroline and she was so sweet and attentive! Such a cute place. Great food. Awesome happy hour!

First off, it doesn't look nor taste like a fish shack at all. An upscale place in Williamsburg with fancy guests. I loved the cucumber/pickle juice cocktail, ceviche definitely needed more lime, in my opinion. Otherwise, friendly service and nice ambience. Bring a date!
