Dakota was an excellent bartender. Came by for a few pints with a friend and she was attentive to us and allowed us to sample a few beers on top of the ones we ordered. Loved the freshness of the beer as well as the variety. Interesting building, they had a trivia night going on as well. Gotta come back for wings night sometime.

The beer was great. Food was great (pretzels and perogie bites). They were really busy on a Sunday afternoon so it took a little longer but they did their best. We went in the winter but in the summer it looks like they have a giant rooftop patio. We will have to go back and check it out

Absolutely love this place, excellent beer, great selection of standard beers with an amazing changing creative selection of flavors as well, great service and very good food. Love the place. Cheers

We visit Rorschach every few weeks: good food and more importantly great selection of beers certain to satisfy a variety of tastes. My personal favourite is Imperial Stout.

Very happy with this place, clever beers, clever names and delicious got fries with a bunch of stuff on them can't remember what they were called but they were good. Definitely will be back, maybe in warmer weather. Only recommendation is they should have a sheet for the beers you chose and a better way of keeping track of which ones they are, as you can tell in the picture at the time they had a lot of pale beers, hard to differentiate them.

I’ll go as far as saying that this is the best brewery in east end Toronto right now. It also rivals other top breweries in Toronto such as Bellwoods and Burdock. Their beers are amazing. I easily had 6 or more (5 oz pours) beers and all were superb, whether it was a sour or IPA. This is how I measure the quality of a brewery.

Great patio! Good variety of beers and the food selection has everything you’d need from a brew pub. I wish I knew about the patio earlier this summer! 😆

Food is way too spicy causing you to need more alcohol. Its also $38 for a plate of full nachos when normal restaurants charge $20-25. Overpriced.. but tasty. Very tasty.(There are basic nachos for $11).There are different variations of beer to try depending on what you like. They can recommend some to try. They also have tasters and bottles to buy.

I was on a hunt for some solid local beer for a very brief trip to Toronto and I couldn't be more satisfied with Rorschach -- it was exactly what I needed and hoped for. I had scanned through probably eightish other, closer, breweries/brewpubs and my search ended when I saw the beer and food menu at Rorschach. The pulled duck sandwich (nice try, autocorrect) was so good -- all of the beer was reminiscent of the best creative and experiential brewers that North America has to offer. The staff behind the bar was so nice and welcoming, great to chat with, and extremely kind to everyone that passed through, including the kitchen staff which was a new interaction to see. I just love this place, I'll be back for sure.

Amazing beer selection. My girlfriend and I stopped by here before Electric Island. There was a wedding soon after on site but they said we could stay and grab some beers. The stouts were top shelf. Service was great and knowledgeable. Very laid back and the second level balcony is a fun spot to drink and enjoy the summer breeze. Can;t wait to return!

The Currywurst and Smashed Burger were amazing. Our starters came after the meal and seemed short of staff on a busy day. However there Opulence plum pie sour beer was one of the best sours I've had.

They make really good beer and really good food Favorite current sour is opulence, favorite stout is malevolent benevolence.

Loved this stop. Relaxing little front end space with a larger, busier space in the back. Large selection of beers. Tried 4 or 5 sample sizes and was impressed. Big fan of the naming inspiration.

So much more than craft beer! This place really has an amazing space and atmosphere!! The food was excellent too! Their own house-ketchup was surprisingly fantastic! Who knew such a little thing could impress! Place must be run by taste enthusiasts. I tasted 4 brews. All were impressive! And that's saying something from a person who isn't a beer fan. Staff really know their selection well, too!

I've had tons of beers from this wonderful place cause i have friends that live in the area and they always pick up what i want for me.. First time walking in today with my cousin for a quick taste and some wings. The place is actually awesome! The ladies that work at the bar are very knowledgeable and great to talk to. This will be a regular place for me from now on. Try the truth serum! it's amazing!
