It is used to go to meals and bookstores between business. About 2 minutes walk from Shinagawa Station. Even if it rains, it barely gets wet. The clean, corridor with nature is impressive. Just a short distance from Shinagawa Station, I have never encountered tremendous congestion.

It is an ordinary business building. We do restaurant on lower floor, but it is not place to do sightseeing on the weekend. Bill itself is put in normally.
