Romano's Macaroni Grill

A very boisterous, rambunctious, and rather eloquent friend of mine recommended this place and highly suggested ordering the Chicken Parmesan. I’ve eaten here three times so far and every time I’ve ordered the Chicken Parmesan and it does not disappoint. It is absolutely delicious. My favorite moment every time when ordering this specific dish is when the server asks if you would like Cheese on it. Then you watch, with delight, as the cheese sprinkles the dish. The staff has been really polite and respectful every time I have visited. I forgot to mention their starter with the bread and oil is tasty. For anyone who wants to come here and can’t decide what to order, get the Chicken Parmesan.

Portions seem to be on the large side, and you get fresh bread before you order.Enjoyed the truffle mac n cheese.

Really nice place! A bit pricey but that’s to be expected. The wait staff is really nice and the food is amazing! They have paper covering the tablecloths, so you can play tic-tac-toe and hangman while you wait. My only complaint is that the pizza is mediocre and bland. Pasta is amazing though, would highly recommend the mushroom ravioli. Picture of sticky toffee pudding cake which was AMAZING.

Jess is the BEST SERVER EVER. She is attentive but not intrusive. She has extremely insightful knowledge of the food menu and the bar offerings. Best of all she always has a smile and kind word. The reason my wife and I go there is Jess.

My boyfriend and I came here for lunch on our anniversary and had a great time! I got the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo and my boyfriend got lasagna. My food was very creamy, flavorful and yummy. Plus our waiter was very friendly and attentive and even gave us a free dessert for our anniversary!

Having eaten here before and enjoyed entree selection, I tried Harvest across the plaza. It was poor wait service, so I came back to the Macaroni Grill. We were beyond satisfied with food. The wait staff was friendly. Not a soul was off-putting. We were pleasantly surprised to have experienced such a delightful day, after having been brushed-off at the prior establishment.

Love the Macaroni Grill! The food is always great, as is the service. Never had a bad experience here!

Alright let’s start with ambience, not bad looks good inside out, table sequence good with open kitchen concept. Give and take 4 out of 5 . The bread was so salty had to put away after one bite. Good wine selections, loved my “Ratatouille “ had good ratatouille after long time, lacking cheese on top . Linguine good but lack lots of ingredients. Good service loved it. So 4 out of 5.

Wonderful experience for my birthday lunch. We had an excellent waiter named Ace and the food was good. The service is what made the experience.

Loved it. We weren't rushed to get our table we wanted to sit and enjoy conversation after.

The atmosphere was cozy. However one of the hosts was rather loud. Our server, Terry, was attentive and helpful. When asked, She made excellent suggestions. I did not regret ordering the eggplant parmesan.

Good food really long wait though and there was alot of tables open.

Had not been here for several years but the food is DELICIOUS, just like we remembered. A few subtle menu changes but great selection. Tremendous service, fast and friendly... Don't stay away... come here soon!

Our dinner was fantastic. I was very happy to have seen this as we pulled into the Shoppes at Susquehanna. Jonathan was our waiter and was fantastic. Ask for him. We are when we return.
