Romano's Macaroni Grill

Super fast service! I was promptly seated and my food came out quickly. The chicken Florentine salad was tasty. It is enough for two people. The soup and bread went well together. I was definitely stuffed!

Food, not so bad. Service, awful. The place was busy, but so is anything where you can sit and eat. Waiter was like a ghost - never brought anything we asked, forgot coffee, and then tried to trick me into letting him short-change me $20. Won't EVER be going back there. Oh, should add that it is terribly overpriced.

Excellent service with quality good. Aetna was my waitress. Highly recommend

It's underrated. They had gluten-free egg noodles to sub in their dishes. That's pretty high-end, because I don't even get that in LA or San Francisco. Service was good too.

Food was good, hot, fresh, and fast. But, more importantly, our waitress was nice and good at her job. Selam was the best!!! Thank you for the great start to our vacation!

My husband and I stopped here for lunch at the airport during a two hour layover. Our waiter was less than attentive. I watched as other wait staff brought plates to their tables and put olive oil on a plate for guests to share. I had to ask our waiter for plates for the bread, as he just placed the bread on the table. I had a glass of the house red, which was very good, served in a nice glass with a generous pour. My food was delicious, my husband didn't care for his. My empty water glass was never refilled, as the waiter was walking around talking to other staff. When we were finished, we had to physically get his attention to bring us the bill. He wasn't friendly, nor did he act professionally. We are in the service industry, and good service can make or break the meal. In this case it broke it!

Great tasting food! Wish the prices were a bit more affordable.

Probably one of the better places to eat at O'Hare in terms of food quality for the price and decent service. Entrees under $20 that taste good with reasonable portion sizes. Plenty of two-seater tables. Olive oil and fresh bread to start. Only downside is that tap beer selection was limited when I was visiting. Would return next time I need dinner at O'Hare.

Decent airport food.

It was good. Staff were kind. The only thing is that the pizza had a little too much sear on the bottom (For me at least. It might be perfect for others).

Amazing in all levels. Zero wait to sit. Ordered within a minute. Salad was on the table in one minute. Main course was about 7 minutes. Excellent flavors. Must be a Master Chief. I only wish every restaurant was this good.I'll eat here again and again.

If you e visited a Macaroni Grille in a physical location, this won’t disappoint. The menu is lighter than a full menu, but the service is fast & plenty of places to sit and unwind.

The portion size of the omelet is huge! If you're hungry, order the veggie omelet. Delicious! Staff was attentive, professional and friendly. An excellent experience at 7:15 in the morning on a Sunday!

The taste is just okay, looks very healthy. A little expensive.

Great food at Chicago airport is rare so worth a stop here.
