Best bakery in the neighborhood!!!

I bought a couple of fruit tarts and the strawberry slices on them were anything but fresh. They looked days old. I had to throw both of them out.

This place used to be D'Aquila Bakery for years and years. Used to have the best Italian pastry around. Since the new owner's took over, it went into the crapper.

If I had an option I would not even put one star. They forgot to send part of my order which I would be fine with but when I called them to inform them that they didn’t send part of the order they spoke to me in a nasty manor and with disbelief even though I offered to send them my receipt as proof. They later called me back not to apologize but to tell me that they in fact did forget part of my order and before I even got the chance to speak back to them they hung up the phone. Will never be buying or ordering from them again and will make sure all my friends and family who live in the area and used to be customers know.

For the record, I deliver their mail to them everyday for the past 6 years, what I can tell you that the people that work their are very nice and professional. Their Pastries are the best that I know, if you love Pastries for any Occasion; this is the place to buy the best.

Amazing bakery. Always fresh, clean and super friendly staff. I always recommend this place to everyone looking for a sweet treat ir full blown cake order!! The gelato is to die for as well :)

Graet pastries and the staff is so nice

I've been a fan of D'Aquila's pastries for years. Unfortunately I'm mostly gluten-free these days. The 3-star rating takes into account the extremely reluctant 'customer service'.
