This was hands down the best experience that I have ever had with Papa John's. When the delivery driver delivered out pizza, I forgot to check to see if it was correct. When I got back to our room, I found that the the wrong pizza was delivered.When I called back to get the correct pizza, Charlene answered and immediately stuck a new pizza in for us with no questions asked. We had the correct piping hot pizza in our hands in 20 minutes. Charlene had an incredibly positive attitude and was eager to help. I just wish every dining experience would be as good as this one. Thanks Papa John's for the great experience and thanks Charlene for your great attitude and willingness to help!
