Although the bake goods are great, the customer service could be better. I always feel as if I'm inconveniencing the employees and they're never kind. I understand that a job is a job, but smile and actually pretend like you enjoy where you are.. it helps.

After many years as a former Dothan resident, finally made a visit. Very tasty treats from cookies, cup cakes, pies, and cakes. Friendly service and reasonable prices. I wish there was an option to buy the variety of cakes in slices.

The only problem I have with Rolen's is that it is too close to my home. It is way too tempting every time I ride by there. There pecan cinnamon rolls are exceptional.

Stopped by twice this week. I am from out of town. I encountered a fantastic and friendly employee both times. I didn't get the exact name of the cookie that I have now fallen in love with, but it is like a Turkish macaroon. DELICIOUS

Petit fours were moist & flavorful, & red velvet cookie was like a crackly whoopie pie with soft insides. Fair prices, too! $2.75 for a jumbo cupcake. Only 1 star off since no mil discount or cake slices available-only whole cakes! Customer service wasn't even an issue.

What can I say... DELICIOUS! Was looking for Valentine's Day cookies & not the ones from the grocery store that are old and hard. Rolen's had fresh baked cookies that were soft, fresh and so tasty! And a variety to choose from! They also had petit fors and cakes for Valentine's. Don't know how they tasted but we're decorated very pretty. Will definitely be back!
