Massive portions, for good price (+/-$17). Food is delicious, view is beautiful, staff is personable, and owner is friendly and helpful. Will definitely come again!

New owner! Came to check it out at lunch today. Very very good! Service was quick, professional and friendly. Food was very good. All of us at the table really enjoyed our lunch and are excited to come back again. Less formal than the previous ownership, but the casual setting doesn’t downplay the food. The food was still a clear standout. View was pretty good too I guess ;)

The new Owners of the Water Tower Grill have really out done them selves. The staff even say that the new Owners are amazing to work for and really care about the future business, success of the Water tower and grill. That being said the portion of food is much bigger and filling now. The price's are also much much better now to. Very good for such a fantastic fancy place. Today Sunday night at 6pm the restaurant was full but the lounge had some seating available. I would definitely recommend making reservations for this new amazing restaurant. I want you all to experience what is the newest best place to eat in Lethbridge. I will certainly be going back very soon! The word is spreading fast about how good it now is and it is TRUE! :-) Worthwhile noting that the lounge has lots of big screen TV's. Every seat has amazing views of Lethbridge.

Well, slightly underwhelmed. Food wasn't great. Burger patty was small and overdone, club sandwich bread was hard and egg was overcooked for my taste. Fries were decent when they were hot. We know it was a holiday weekend, so we understand the business however, service seemed disorganized and slow, we waited a lot- waited for menus and previous table to be cleared. Drinks were well done and reasonably priced! View is always nice so hopefully it can improve on the food a bit and stay around.

Great food and service. I found the prices reasonable and the portions were good. The restaurant was very busy but the service was attentive and friendly. Nicely done.

Visited on a Tuesday evening and the place was packed. Service was quick. Prices were fair, and the quality and size of the portions was good. Maybe this time the place will succeed. I would return.

What a great place to eat. Showed up late, on my daughter's birthday and they treated us so well. Food was good but the service was phenomenal. Friendly people work here. Can't wait to go back.

Overall it was not what I was hoping it would be. The place has been very busy as of late, with the parking lots always being full. I ordered a drink, which came just fine, but once finished I was not asked if I wanted a refill. The steak that I ordered was cooked how I asked, but the whole dish had too much salt. The flavor was good, but the saltiness was over the top.Had ordered nachos to start, and overall they were good. Only downside was all the cheese was only on top, meaning the bottom layer had zero cheese at all. The chips were good, and it was not too heavy with the vegetables.

Awesome place and this hopefully this time this scenic place stays :) Lovely staff, really different menu and I love the view! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that there is no vegan/vegetarian options for main dishes (most dishes have chicken that you would need to sub out). Please consider this :)

First off, this place is beautiful. We sat in the lounge, and I was so impressed with the atmosphere. The food was I N C R E D I B L E!!! I had the shrimp tostadas, and I was in foodie heaven. The owner even went out of his way to make sure that my friend got a drink that was not even on their menu! The service was impeccable, and everything was very reasonably priced. I will definitely be back!!

I went here yesterday on a Tuesday at 7:15 pm. Because I read some reviews about the long wait for food and service, I decided to go sit at the bar. I was greeted by the bartender almost immediately and got my beer within 5 minutes of arriving. Next I ordered the steak frites and was munching it down in 30 minutes of ordering it. The plate was an aged sirloin that was pretty delicious for only 22 bucks. I had a second beer and left satisfied at around 8:45. So my experience was very good when sitting at the bar compared to what I've read. I'll definitely be coming back.

The Water Tower Grill is a great dining experience. The restaurant, as I was told, is the renovated Water Tower that supplied water to the city of Lethbridge from 1959 to 1999. The restaurant sits over 100 feet above ground, which provides fabulous view of the city. You can walk around the outer perimeter of the 76 feet diameter restaurant. The restaurant offers a good selection of local farmers' seasonal ingredients. The meals are well prepared and presented. Service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is second to none. The Water Tower Grill is an iconic building with unique dining experience. Highly recommended.

This was a very nice experience. We will definitely be back over & over. Menu has a fair amount of choices, great views of course & friendly staff. Food was great & affordable.

Congratulations to the new owners! Amazing food!! The spinach dip, wow!!! The staff were so friendly and attentive! Great prices! Best way to celebrate my birthday! Highly recommend this restaurant, we will be back for sure!!I also didn’t realize you could walk outside, so that added a bonus to my night! 😀👏
