Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory

I visited the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory at the Spectrum Center expecting a good experience. Instead I was virtually invisible as I was ignored by the staff as I stood at the counter waiting for someone to assist me with an order. Needless to say, this is terrible customer service. The staff seemed more concerned with talking to each other than servicing a customer.

Rip off. Bought a box of chocolates and found out later box was half full of plastic. 6 chocolates for $18.95 plus tax.
