Good atmosphere and great food, with great flavor. The waitress's aren't bad either!

A very classy nice restaurant. A warm welcoming, followed by an excellent service, with a lot of attention to details on order to please you.The seafood was super fresh and the portion sizes were more than adequate.The service always with a smile and very patient with us as it was our first time there. The manager came by to check on us which was nice.Conclusion, if you have the opportunity to go eat there, do not hesitate !

I loved our visit. Leslie was amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better server. Food and atmosphere were great. We will definitely be back.

Tonight’s experience was fantastic! Damarian had a great sense of humor and had wonderful menu knowledge! Our drinks, that he also had the pleasure of making, were amazing and I will be back and request his service! Food was also spectacular btw!! Crab, mussels, and lobster, were to die for!!

The beer was flat. Came out with no head on it. Got a bottle, the beer was warm. The food, however, was awesome. The sauce has good flavor and spice. Plenty of food is served for one person! The oysters did not taste too bad, I think if you go earlier I'm sure they would be great too!

Enjoyed this spot Seafood boil specials are on point. Sara has to be the best server in Jacksonville!

The food was good but the service took way too long. We waited almost 20 minutes before a waiter came to take just a drink order. Then we ordered an appetizer that took almost an hour to get and then our food took an additional 30 to 40 minutes. The waiter was nice, but it seemed disorganized with you needed to do what and they evidently need more kitchen staff to keep up with the volume of orders coming in.

Love this spot! It's convenient because it's so close to my home and I've been here several times. The staff are so polite and friendly and the Food... Seasoned soooooo well! Deeeeelish!

The food was pretty good, the waits were ridiculous. It took a little while for someone to come over but when he did he assured us he was going to take care of us & had a great personality.. over 25 minutes after the drink & appetizer order we got our calamari.. then about 20 minutes later got food. My friend ordered another drink but he brought back one of the other drinks we didn’t ask for so ended up having to buy an extra alcoholic beverage than what we wanted. Asked a lady to bring us the shell crackers and she just forgot about us so asked the waiter. For the wait & the price, I’d rather just stick with juicy crab. The flavor is over all better & the staff is more attentive. But it was nice to try a new place out with the family.

We had a great time at the Rocking crab. We were a little sceptical at first, the popular items seemed to be peel or crack seafood. It seemed liked it would be a lot of work. Everything peeled very easy and the crab meat pulled out of the shells. The flavoring of the butter was very good. Very messy, be prepared. Rember it's seafood, so it will be pricey, but we'll worth it

Came around 5pm for dinner by myself and sat at the bar. Very clean and organized setting. Staff was friendly from the door to servers and bartenders. The food came out timely and was VERY flavorful. I had a seafood boil (steamed bag) with Lobster, Crab, and Shrimp (no head), this included corn and potatoes for only $30. I was very impressed by their pricing. Also the drink specials were very well priced, as well as well made. My food came out within 10min less from ordering it. Hot and very flavorful. Plenty enough sauce on the seafood and all cooked perfectly. Lobster was tendor and not rubbery, crab and shrimp were also perfect. Overall, I will be back, they have won me over and will likely not return to Juicy Crab unless someone is I know is having an event there. I have ZERO complaints. *I do not work here, I am nurse that markets home health care. I just know when I see good service / quality.

The food was good but the portions were small for the $. They also didn't offer any appetizers.
