Riverside Club on the River

I visited a couple of Sundays. Best place to have fun. Live music, food, and a beautiful outdoor area. Making this place my best newest favorite area to hang out with good friends.

Fun place, boat tour is excellent. Food is very good, service was extremely slow on Canada Day celebration, took 95 minutes to get our food. Need more staff on special event days.

Absolutely the best pork tenderloin sandwich I have ever eaten. It was so big I took some home for dinner....the whole family. Nice and cool outside and overlooks the river on the border. Definitely a place to go and well worth the money. And did i mention the Texas fries. Oh. Awesome. Also a river cruise.

Like the place since the remodel. Actually had fun here. Good job Ms. Escamilla!👍

Last time we visited this place we chose a non-busy day and at an earlier time to enjoy the views and eat with family. That was a good decision at the time for us, but this place also packs a lot of fun with live music, and a lot of partying when it gets crowded. So whatever your desire this place has it. The views, music, even a boat ride through the Rio Grande River. The menu could always improve a little.

Good food at good prices with attentive wait staff in the restaurant. The 2 hour river cruise was very interesting. The boat crew was friendly. Seeing the wall being built, border patrol boats zipping past kept things interesting.

Good food with very large portions right on the river with a bit of ambiance in the outdoor seating are. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We took the tour boat up the river. The narration covered a lot of the border security issues. We got to see the sugarcane fields burn and the boarder fence fence being constructed with private funds. They have the installation of the fence down to a science. Very impressive. All in all a nice stop.

Love the Riverside. Music is always good. Accustics are good, so you can talk and hear!! Meagan looks after us really well when we are able to get one of her tables. I have only had 1 bad experience when a waitress said she would return to take our food order and never did, so we left to go eat somewhere else. We were hungry. It wasn't Meagan !!

Awesome club I love the layout of this building, staff was very nice and took the time to talk with you . Menu was a bit expensive though. The boat ride was enjoyable and informative

Excellent food! Especially the Texas size pork tenderloin sandwich. The onion rings were tasty too. We ate on the patio and enjoyed the beautiful weather and view of the river. It was very busy but our waitress was really great! She told us just as we sat down that our food would take an hour. She brought us drinks and a bag of chips and kept checking on us. Our food arrived in about an hour, hot and delicious! If you look at their website it will tell you how busy they are. The wait was because of a sold out concert.

Food was okay, when we finally got it. Took over 30 minutes to finally get someone to take our order. Had to go to the bar to get our own drinks. Two hours later, we finally got our food. There were no condiments provided. I asked the owner's wife for some, she never came back, nor did she send our waitress around. The were only 4 of us. It appeared the dance hall customers were getting better service than the restaurant customers. One cook and 3-4 waitresses is a clear indication of how much the owners prefer money in their pockets as opposed to happy customers. We hadn't been there for 3 years and now I remember why!! $40 for two people with only 2 drinks is absolutely ridiculous providing for a 2-hour wait. That'll be the last time!! Never again, Johnny!
