Delivery took FOREVER. do not recommend.

Takes 2 hours to get the order. Food is bland, cold, and not worth the money. HORRIBLE customer service when calling about the nasty food. The manager is rude and basically thinks anyone complaining about the food is just trying to scam them. Honey trust me, we don't want more of that nasty stuff! 🤢 I get its a ma and pa type of business but the food tastes like it needs to be buried beside ma and pa. Tried using grub hub, door dash, and their own drivers...no difference in quality or service. Drivers stack deliveries and by the time you get your food its ice cold. Each try took around 2 hours to be delivered. Prices seemed good but its NOT worth it!

It had been an extra long day...and cooking was definitely outta the question, but somebody had to feed the kids...If it was up to me...a bowl of cereal and hot dog would've solve the problem....(no bread)! But they frown upon theses types of things....so I decided to just order pizza...and some wings....oh and some cheesy breadsticks...spent about $40 so not to bad...The pizza arrived... We ate everything and everything taste just fine! Kids went too bed full and no dishes were left in the sink! Now if I can just figure out who's gonna cook breakfast...tomorrow is sure to be a breeze!

Their hot wings are the best! The staff is always friendly, and service is fast when they aren't super busy. We eat here almost weekly!

When they made a mistake tbey corrected big time so i was happy

My order was completely screwed up and I called but they offered no compromise. I've ordered previously, constant mistakes. Tonight really fueled me though. Have a great night!

Just tried to give them a chance because everyone does not have the same experience. I am very disappointed in the nacho supreme and the chef salad. I had a million chips with my nacho supreme and unmelted shredded cheese.... plus my meat was on the side. The skating rink has better nachos than this place. The chef salad had 82% lettuce and 2% meat...it should have been called a chef-less salad. The pizza was good but the rest of the meal was a huge disappointment. First and last visit for sure.-Uta

This place is good for a late night lazy last minute food choice. I've ordered a few times from this place and it seems they always forget a part of my order. The first couple times I didnt say anything but this last time they forgot cheese on my burrito and never offered to accommodate for either times. I work nights so sometimes they are a last resort but the food is mediocre and not so great customer service.. this will be my last time ordering from them

I have never had bad food from riteway. I get off work late, and this is my go to since they are open until 3am. Corn nuggets are my favorite side and they have really delicious wings; bone in or boneless.

This place is always good. Great people and order is correct every time.veteran friendly and if a mistake is made, quickly corrected. I as a consumer will always stand by this amazing place and awesome food.

If you gave me a cow, a pig, yeast and some flour, I think I could’ve made my food quicker than they did. Not bad quality, and they’re open super late (which is amazing) but, they are in no hurry when they’re open late

I ordered a deluxe pizza and a salad, I was only able to consume the salad. The pizza was extremely greasy, toppings literally slid off of crust. Sent out another one it was just as greasy. The salad was good, however.

Terrible service, was hung up on twice, food was terrible, didn't help it was 45 mins later after being pushed back 15 mins from the original delivery time. The Stromboli looks like actual dog food, and tastes even worse

We order from them all the time never have a problem always have excellent customer service and the food is great Highly recommend them
