Rita's Italian Ice

Had a great customer service experience with a worker named Mary. The customers in front of me were rude and picky, taking up about 5 minutes to order. She was very professional and handled it well. It was my first time at Rita’s so I was full of questions but she answered everything. Very helpful and friendly!

I love Rita's they have the best Italian Ice in my opinion. There milkshakes are great and soft serve custard cones and they are not shy about how much they give you! The reason I and not giving 5 stars is because when I order gelati's ( my personal favorite ) they will forget to put the custard on the bottom of the cup and this is just poor training by the manager of this location. Other than that and the long lines from time to time, this place is great.

Italian ice is excellent especially the Cherry, I do believe it's a little pricey though because I got a regular size twist custard cone which cost me $3.81 thought that was little steep

Frozen custard is ALWAYS better than frozen yogurt. ALWAYS.

About the worst possible location for a place that frequently gets busy on hot days. Pros include cold Italian ice and the expectation of getting frustrated sometime during your visit.
